    In the Zone

Saul of double alpha has a YouTube story of this and I try to stick to his way of thinking. Long story short he was at a match and tanked a stage and it affected him thru the whole match. Turns out they tossed the stage st the end. So his negative outlook affected him the whole day and turns out it wasn't needed.

    Cool Interview

I think there's something to be said for that.
  5. I agree. If I draw on a clean 10 yard target in anything over .9 I'm very disappointed.
  6. To get the benjies of course.

    Zen?

Zen is going into a stage and watching single stack and production guys cry about reloads. To them the stage dictates where they will reload. Then I walk the stage shooting limited and I TELL the stage where I plan to reload..That's zen.
  8. I got the skills and drills book along with dryfire practice. Both books are AMAZING! I love uspsa and I wanted to do some drills but all the stuff I saw online and YouTube were guys that were at the same skill level as I or weren't high enough to take advice from. Bens books are great and I would recommend them to everyone.
  9. What's going on. I love uspsa
  10. I bought some and it improved my shooting. I went from c class to a in a matter of matches.
  11. I had one guy that shoots in the same circle of clubs that didn't really trash talk as much as he did just be a dick to people. Won't squad with him anymore.
  12. Cold is stupid. Snow is stupid. Sun going down early..stupid. Nothing good comes from winter.
  13. Ok cool. Not sure what coating came on my barrel but it sucks.
  14. Thanks guys! Lots of homework to do on my first build!
  15. I dunno. I'm new. I saw they were collecting donations and thought that was odd cause I've never seen that before
  16. Thanks for the feedback and another member posted what you wrote up a couple years ago. Really helpful.
  17. Thinking about going a tad bigger both front and rear. Rear is a .115 and front is .100. I originally wanted as small as possible for precision on steel and long range paper targets. As im typing this out I guess I should see where my deviation is if I put that front dot as far left and as far right, (while still seeing the dot) breaking the shot and see how far my deviation is from the A zone at let's say 15 yards. Would going bigger help keep the shot in the center because there's not as much "air" in between the rear and front sight that would induce user error while shooting faster? What size sights do you guys run on your competition guns? I'm shooting .40 limited BTW Edited just now by nikdanja
