  1. I use a sickinger speed machine with my stock 2. Has all the adjustments you need and retention and draw are fantastic.
  2. Oh, the s3 should have normal rifling barrel v the polygonal rifling in the Xtreme.
  3. You get all the Xtreme parts plus the coating, the case etc. So for production the answer is yes.
  4. Shoot it, buy ammo. The more you play this game the more you realise training is more important than the gun. You can still stuff up big with the best gear. Buy whatever premium gun you like when funds allow. But it's never a replacement for practice, it complements it.
  5. Does it absolutely need to have a rail. If so, your options are the s3 or maybe attach a light to the glock. If not, s2 has the conical barrel, and if you want the longer barrel s2 maybe you can order the AUS version. I went through the same decision as you s2X v s3X at the start of the year. The s2 won as I prefer how the conical barrel locks up, slightly less slide mass and the fact it is a bull barrel. If I ever buy a s3x, it'll be for the rail. Im planning on adding a Hard Chrome s2 AUS with all the goodies to go with my Xtreme AUS in the future when funds allow. Oh, and you can win with any of them ;-)
  6. What exactly do the dimensional differences look like?
  7. I have the DAA pro I think (the one with name slot) Very happy.
  8. LAMR is load and make ready. I use the front serrations on my stock 2 for everything.
  9. I used to do it, still will on my Ruger Mkii because it is small in my hands. I re trained myself on my stock 2 after I realised that my grip and trigger control were far superior from under the trigger guard.
  10. DAA racers, magnet on front one. I'm happy.
  11. Have a DAA PDR pro I bought for a shadow, used my stock 2 in it while it works it's a bit tight for it. My S2x came with a sickinger speed machine. I was not sure on using it on my Daa Belt, but it fits nice and tight. The draw is very fast and retention is good when locked, you can get it out when locked but ONLY if on purpose if you use force. I used it today for the first live fire session and got it setup and I'm liking it. If I didn't already have it I'd buy a ghost ultimate or a daa racemaster. $220 will do me better in ammo at this time.
  12. Tanfoglio is the actual gun, EAA clearly have a re brand put on the import
  13. Thank you for the reply.
  14. Your on the right track. Pick your division/discipline and decide.
  15. As a previous shadow owner and now an owner of a S2X, could you please give me your insight into how you find the shadow better. Genuinely curious. Thank you.
  16. The trigger did feel nicer than a stock sp01 shadow. Appears to already have the comp hammer and less travel which was nice.
  17. In AUS, given pricing, I believe the Xtreme is better value. However doing the same thing to a hard chrome model is attractive.
  18. what do you mean that the medium is fitted? George Xtreme medium weight hammer spring.
  19. It is, mine is perfect along with the handful of my top shooting buddies, don't judge by a bad apple.
  20. If that's new, id send it back. Any difference to the da with the upgrades? How much better do you think the SA is?
  21. I've been told the medium is fitted.
  22. I've been recommended to polish everything on mine. However after a 1000rd the trigger is really fantastic, the lock up and action are very good. I have 100% reliability. (I load with cci currently) Apart from curiosity, I have no plans to mod it, it's polishing itself with use!!! Also, yes it has Xtreme sear. I have a friend who is a top shooter who has played with his, I'll update when I've handled his.
