I just went read 10.2.1 They don't mention being "outside" the shooting area. If your foot touches the ground outside the shooting area, you are no longer "inside" the shooting area. I think the opposite would be true. If the stage briefing states that you must be outside the shooting area and one foot is touching inside the shooting area, you are no longer outside the shooting area. If I were RO'ing a shooter that wanted to stand with one foot in and one foot out, I wouldn't start him until he, in my opinion, complied with the starting position. If he had a problem, we would call the range master.

Thanks, gump. It was the right thing to do. No, the right thing to do would have been to never start the crap in the first place. After you figured out you were wrong, then the responsible thing to do is apologize.

It should be covered in the stage briefing on if it is disappearing or not. If it is disappearing, it should not be available to shoot after it's movement. It should be covered in some way. With that target lying flat, it is not disappearing. I would shoot it. If not shot, two mikes and a failure to engage.

If I were the match director, I would send Mosher his application back. Poor sportsmanship. And who wants to take a bet that he will never have a level two match?

Hate it when someone gets my credit card number and tries to use it. Love it when the bank catches it, denies the charges, and sends me a new card. Hate it when I use the new card for the first time and it is rejected again.

If it is 50 pounds, that ends up being about 2,000 bullets, depending on weight of bullet. 2,000 bullets from the local bullet caster is about $175, again, depending on caliber and weight. Might be worth it, it the price is right and there is actually 50 pounds of lead.

At local matches, go early and help set up. You will know the stages inside and out.

I logged on, registered, and received my authorization immediately. I didn't vote. I prefer to let those that actually shoot the division make the decisions about the division.

All this talk about changing divisions. I'm still waiting on someone to say what is wrong with the way it is now. So what if single stack or limited 10 has a smaller number of participants.

My two cents. It looks like some people look at it opposite from what I do. I came into this sport, read the rules, decided what division I wanted to shoot, and bought my gear accordingly. It appears to me some guys come into the sport, already have their favorite gun, and want to change the rules to make that gun more competitive.

I also ordered on Black Friday. Received the email about tracking and I am still not able to track the package. I emailed them a couple of days ago about the tracking, but did not receive a reply. They did charge my credit card quick. I'll update when I hear something.

Anybody ever order from Double Alpha? How was shipping? I have never ordered something from outside the USA. I want to order a holster and I am having a hard time finding a dealer that stocks left hand holsters.

I want to be sure before I order it. Is a Double Alpha PDR belt ride holster legal for Single Stack? I think it does, just want to be sure.

I looked it up and answered my own question. HQ only recognizes the highest of any scores on the same classifier.

If you shoot a classifier during a match and bomb it, then reshoot it after the match, which score gets sent in? If you bomb them both, do both scores get sent in?
