  1. At Orr Tactical , we worked up a USPSA load. 100 grn Berry's running 1310 fps out of my MBX 14" pinned/welded comp barrel. It's making 131 PF. Dot had minimal movement , gun runs flat and doesn't feel sluggish at all
  2. DPP on OuterImpact mount on G34 w/ 13lb recoil spring.2 MOA version...4k plus and still running fine.
  3. OT Defense has a stipple kit you can purchase or piece your own together.
  4. 11# spring here w/ 171 PF loads. No issues.
  5. I'm running a 13# spring on a Gen 3 34 ( w/ DDP ) w/ 147's ( 133 PF ) with no issues.I do have a 4# striker spring and Zev Ext striker.
  6. Don't forget to look at the MBX Extreme line of PCC's
  7. Over 1500 rounds through my new MBX Extreme Silverback with zero malfunctions. The tunable recoil system is nice aswell.VERY accurate.I have the 14" superlight barrel with their pinned/welded MBX Comp.
  8. We're using a Berry's 100 grain hollow base projectile.Hodgdon CFE Pistol. I can't remember how many grains.Too many numbers running through my head. LOL I shot a match weekend beforelast and one guy on my squad said he was watching my gun as I shot.....He said he could see the gas coming out and the comp working , as the gun was running flat.
  9. Take a look at Timber Creek Outdoors. They have a pretty cool ambi charging handle.I put one on my MBX Extreme PCC.
  10. For what its worth, Im new to PCC and am shooting a MBX Pro Series with the 14" barrel and comp.I shoot for Orr Tactical Custom Guns and Ammunition. We worked up a PCC load based on felt recoil. We shot our standard 115 pistol ammo and were at 1297 fps w/ 147PF. We worked up a 100 grainer at 1310fps w/ 131 PF.While the 115's feel good , the 100 grainers feel a little more " carbine " like BUT with very little dot movement. Oh, Im running the Green recoil spring in my buffer system. As stated above.....it's more about personal preference on felt recoil.
  11. JGT.....I was in your shoes....kinda. I just saved a little more and bought a MBX Pro Series. It was between that or the JP.......MBX was in stock so I got it ( MBX has good customer service also ) .Presently waiting to zero in next week and start running her.
  12. Just got my MBX Pro Series...:) Anyone else running one ?
  13. Pingtime Targets Magnolia,Texas www.pingtimetargets.com
  14. Don't forget to look at the Lonestar Innovations Outlaw steel grip !
  15. Roger That. To the other post above about recoil spring weights. The SF I shot had a 13lb recoil spring and felt great to me.
  16. 4lb striker spring with a Zev Extended Tip Striker on CCI primers has been 100% for me
  17. I see your running the DPP and TT base pads. What is the total weight ? have heard that it's too heavy for CO Division with the DPP.Oh.....I currently run a G34.Over the last two weeks I have shot a poly Q5 , CZ and Q5 SF side by side.........I'm on the email list for Q5 SF
  18. The way I read the rules.....its legal. It just states about dimensions being within +/- tolerance of OFM.Maybe a RO can clarify. There's no way to prove otherwise.Unless checking serial numbers...even then, that's no evidence.
  19. But , correct me if I'm wrong......illegal in USPSA Prod and CO.....because Gen 3's did not come with beavertails from the factory.Gen 4's did , therefore legal.
  20. I've put 3-4k thru my CO setup that is a Gen3 slide on a Gen4 frame with no issues at all.Running a DPP , 13lb recoil spring, Overwatch Precision Poly DAT trigger with Zev extended striker,4lb striker spring and stock connector.Everything is polished.......getting 3.0 lb trigger measured on a digital trigger gauge. I have no problems popping steel plates at 25-35 yards.....so i'd say accuracy is GTG.
  21. My 19X shoots as accurate as my STI Marauder.I have Dawson Precision fibers on my 19X.
