  1. For my belt I have a Ares Gear belt. For my m&P full size I use a galco double time holster and the shield same belt but with a raven concealment vanguard 2.
  2. I got the bladed tech international on the inviticus hanger and haven't had a problem with the gun jumping out at all. Just tighten the tension for 3 gun and loosen it for USPSA.
  3. I was shooting a 4.25 in m&P with Apex fss, 10-8 sights, uncaptured gide rod 13lb recoil spring, and tti +5 base pads, which I got 20 reloadable. It ran great and would still be shooting it, but got a steal on a CZ 75 preb that I'm now shooting in production.
  4. Again I'm another vote for the Apex fss trigger kit. Plus if your coming from glocks the bladed trigger safety on the fss might feel more at home than the hinged stock trigger.
  5. 1.150 is the longest I go with the tti base pads and 180 gr black and blue coated bullets. Did the push test and came up with 1.856 but am limited by the mag.
  6. I recently was experiencing light strikes with my M&P 40. I first swaped out the striker spring for a extra power striker spring which worked for a while. Then switched from cci primers to federal and got maybe 3k more round before it started crapping out on me. So I just switched the whole striker assembly. Which now works without any problems no matter what primers I'm using. So I would second just playing it safe and swap the whole striker assembly.
  7. order a new one. there only $10 from czc http://czcustom.com/cztriggerbarlifterspring.aspx
  8. I have the 18" and I love it. Also at my local range I shoot with Rick Birdsal who shoots the 13.5". I like the 18" better but I am also 6'5" so handling the extra length doesn't hinder me and with the 18" you also get a rifle length DI system so a little lesh harshness with recoil, but yet again they come with an adj gas block. I would just say if you shoot in tighter bays and are worried with getting hung up go with the 13.5"!
  9. here is my 1992 transitional 75. It has the czc target sights, race hammer, 85 trigger, cajun flotting trigger pin, lightened trigger return spring, lightened recoil and hammer springs and a full polish job done on the internals. I also did a 120 grit SC grip job and 3m traction grip tape for the front and rear grip areas. She shoots amazing and am glad i picked her up for $275 at a LGS!!
  10. yes that one thanks grumpy! ill see if it works
  11. its a jpg file, but i uploaded it to photobucket first. Ive never had a problem on any other form posting pics this way so im stumped as to what is going on. ive reduced the size to 640x360 so it's not to big and still no luck. this is the pic im trying to post but can only post the link and no an embedded photo http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn163/mallonmichaelp/IMG_20151011_164925481_zpsayqhiwwj.jpg~original
  12. Im having a problem posting an image that I uploaded to photobucket. I get an error message that reads "you are not allowed to use that image extension on this community" can someone help me with this?
  13. My god that this is beautiful!!
  14. Is this June or July? The title says June but the post says July? If it's July I will be there!!
  15. I hope to be there. I need to get some classifiers under my belt to finally get my classification!!!
  16. I hope I can soon contribute to this thread. I just started working on my advanced manufacturing technology degree at the local community college and just fished with my first semester where we modeled a Lego in Solidworks then 3d printed them. This has led me to download fusion 360 and play around with the CAD side of things and hopefully will be adding CAM in the near future. Little things at a time though, I am in the process of designing a 100 round chamber checker.

  18. Taran Tacticals I have to say are the best. I love mine.
  19. For my M&P 4.25" 40 I run a 13lb recoil spring and load 3.1 gr Clay's under a 180gr coated blakandblue bullet set to 1.130 and Frd primers. It's a great load knocks down the steel on the first time and I get a good group with it (1.5in 10 round groups at 15 yrds offhand).
  20. Law I didn't realize how far down it was, but I now have a new mount that puts the camera on your shoulder, which I like better so you don't get nothing but portal all the time. Also thanks guys for the tips, I just got to excited to shoot my first match that I didn't even think to check my ammo. Adding that to pregame routine from now on.
  21. Yea I found out that one of the Winchester head stamped .40 is police issued and has a very light primer crimp, that some of them will load no problem and others will get a little sliver of brass shaved off that just stuck in the primer cup causing it to not seat fully.
  22. Here's a video of my first USPSA match, 3 May 2015, at the Brooklyn Sportsman Association in Brooklyn MI. Had a couple FTF with my reloads, when further inspected it looked like the primer wasn't seated far enough, but other than that I had a good time and am looking forward to my USPSA future. Any tips are more than welcome I can handle the internet flaming as well https://youtu.be/cbtWh1Kx8g8
