  1. I use this one too. I have finally gotten pretty fast at stripping and reassembly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Were you able to get done what you needed to? I completely stripped my X5 Competition and the only difference is the removal of the mechanical safeties.
  3. Being a huge Sig fan I always go to their booth first at SHOT Show and it's not the first time I have seen a gun that didn't come out for a long time. Keep rocking Alma! I thought a P320 trigger kit was coming out in July but it vaporized. I know Bruce and GGI is moving to a larger location. I hope to see you guys in Vegas for the 2017 SHOT.

I have the kit in my TacOps and I love it. I knew like most Grayguns kits that they would sell out fast. Nice Frankengun!
  5. I wholeheartedly agree! I recently received my CZ P-01 from them and it's amazing. I asked a question about it on the weekend figuring it would be answered during the week but no, a reply on a Saturday! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Sorry, I thought the dimensions would be the same as my 75 Shadow. Thanks! Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  7. If you're just running it in ESP you can put the CZC IDPA magwell on it. Otherwise you can run it in both. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks! Every once in a while I think things through before I act [emoji3] Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  9. I need to buy one and do it myself. Over the years I have gotten more competent with gun smithing. I have the Sig platform down and even stripped down my X-5 Competition. I'm not sure how comfortable the OP is but with all the experience on this board I am sure if we get stuck we can get some help. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  10. I was shooting 124s and I plotted the trajectory and realized 25 yards is definitely the best zero. I'm going to shoot some groups before I change anything. Thanks for the help everyone! Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks a bunch! Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks! I'm only using 7 yards because I can see the impacts. For IDPA the maximum distance is 25 yards. I guess 15 would be the best of both worlds. I'm going to get calipers ordered and shoot some 15 yard groups then get a Dawson FS. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  13. It's at least an inch high so it's going to be higher at 25 yards. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  14. I have the CZ 75 Shadow with stock sights and it's shooting high at 7 yards. I rested it so I am certain. I'm using the top of the fiber optic front sight aligned with the rear. I don't have calibers to measure the front sight height yet but I'm not sure how much higher to go. Adjustable rear would probably require a new front sight too. Thanks! 15. Nice thanks! I'm looking at the Comp-Tac International. I wanted to make sure it fits. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  16. Nice! Thanks for sharing since I am going to install a magwell. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  17. I'm looking for a good kydex OWB holster for IDPA and training. Is the CZ 75 Shadow SA the same dimensions as the CZ 75 SA? Thanks! Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk

    Three firsts today!

Nice job! Sounds like fun. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  19. Nice! I already have the palmswell ones but was thinking about thin grips because of the safety. The texture is perfect so I will definitely get a set of the thin ones. I met a guy from Croatia at my range and he couldn't put my CZ down. I guess they are highly prized there and hard to get. He loved the grips too. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  20. I saw one in stock at www.oakhillguns.com. I like long slides. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  21. Will do Jake! Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  22. I'm fortunate, he opened a shop near me. I have to admit I spend too much time down there BSing. Not to mention the high end Tanfoglios and CZs. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  23. I think focusing on driving the gun back on target is a very good thing to practice at this point. I'm nowhere near his level but what a cool guy! He is a crack up. His dry fire routine is very intense. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  24. Okay, Here is what I was going off of. https://youtu.be/GIBxf90axXQ Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
  25. That's what I have been shooting in IDPA. I need to talk to my mentor about the CZ because he is running a Tanfoglio and his advice would probably be different once he has it in his hands. Sent from my bunker in the desert using Tapatalk
