  1. Been their, done that, going to do it again .... Good match, good people.
  2. TEP-100 from peltor, I use the foam tips from sure fire. I'm on the range with M-16 commandos and they work great.
  3. I sighted mine in at 25 yards, seems to be dead center at all the other distances as best as I can tell.
  4. It seems that the entry form has been put up ...
  5. I just started using the Peltor TEP-100. I use the sure fire tips on them and I get excellent fit and function. I was on the range with M249's and they were better than the pro ear muffs that I was using before. They have a case and the case serves as the recharging dock and it uses AA battery's.
  6. I've been using several different types of plugs, electronic and passive muffs, I just got a set of Peltor TEP-100 in ear electronic plugs. They are awesome, I could not get a good seal with the supplied tips but I had some in ear sure fire plugs that you can replace the tips on, they fit the TEP-100's perfect and they give me an excellent seal. Went to the range yesterday and today shooting around some M249's and commando M-16's ..... These things are great. They are a little pricey but so far for me they are worth it.
  7. Would probably be easier and cheaper to replace the barrel.
  8. I used one for a while, no problems at all. It did have some wiggle but it didn't affect accuracy.
  9. 2-3 inch groups are easy with that gun, mine shoots everything in the black from fifty, prone no rest just the ground.
  10. No, you can only shoot in one category, either open, metallic or production. Multi-gun is shot on Tuesday with your other gun, you declare which gun is your primary gun and that one is shot Wednesday thru Friday, then the two scores are added together to compete in the aggregate match. The multi-gun aggregate is like a side match.
  11. I did it for a while when I broke my trigger finger in the police academy, worked fine.
  12. Had the same problems, Stopped using One Shot, problem went away.
  13. Already sent my application and money. See ya then.... Greg
  14. This question is being asked higher up to those that can get an answer, as soon as they know I will post the answer here.
  15. I've got some and tried it in my Bianchi gun, it worked ok but I could not get the accuracy I was looking for at fifty yards, the gun is a 9mm and they gave me a load sheet that had a start load on it for several different calibers. I will next try it for my 38 special guns to see if it works in those guns. It seemed to be a clean powder and I saw nothing that was an issue with it. The groups were averaging about 3-4 inches at fifty yards, and for Bianchi that's not good enough.
  16. I have one of those, but I don't believe that is what Greg and I are asking about. Lee made these gauges, like square of aluminum or steel that we bolted together like a layer cake, that had slots. One slot was for 0.40 and the other for 0.25. Drop your moon clip in and if it went through it was good. It if hung up, it was bent. That's the one I'm looking for
  17. Maybe he will see that all of us want one, and help out the needy.
  18. Someone here was selling moon clip checkers that you dropped the moon clip thur and on the edge it had a bender that you used to fix a bent clip, who was it?
  19. Find a harley owner and pour some oil under his bike ... Watch him freak out.
