  1. The capacity is essentially the same in 9mm between the two, but in .40 the TS holds 21 vs 15 in a 140mm mag.
  2. There are a handful of CTS models, some based on the TS, some based on the 75SA, as a good rule of thumb, if it's less than $2K it's the 75SA and more than $2K is the TS:
  3. This was my original plan, but I couldn't choke down the initial investment so I bought a TS then promptly started turning it into an Open gun, then one thing lead to another and now I have over two dozen CZ75 pattern pistols
  4. Disclaimer: don't shoot your friends

Stuart is the man to talk to. You're looking for .40 right?
  6. Maybe so, but at that price it better wax my car and cuddle my wife. Back in 1995 I was paying $83/500 for premium match .22 short
  7. You must not shoot very much then I have tree little kids, so I shoot one, maybe two matches a month and I easily spend $3K a year, not including the depreciation of guns and gear, gas etc.
  8. The real victim is the little girl who must not live her life with that memory ingrained in her head.
  9. No idea where it came from, I didn't even know it happened until the next day. It could have even fallen out of my eyebrows into my eye...
  10. I'm back in action! Shot my new 6" Tanfo today and I'm ready to go for tomorrow's match
  11. I just took it to the range and it is awesome! Shot it back to back with the Limited and there was nothing not to like: the weight and balance is almost the same, there is significantly less straight back push, and a little less muzzle rise. I plan to stroke it by 0.100" and see what it does...
  12. I still need to fit the .40 barrel, but I think that's enough for tonight
  13. Yup, I plan to cut the dust cover tonight, and I think the black frame, chrome slide will be the ticket (but with the black grips and silver controls):
  14. I won the last steel match I shot with a production gun and my times were about the same as my open gun.
  15. Yes, I never liked how the Hunter has only four serrations in the front rather than six like the others; makes it look like an after thought. Maybe because it is? because the took a Limited frame and just stuck a 6" slide on it then there wasn't enough room to cut six serrations... Anyway, I plan to cut the dust cover back past the serrations and make it look like it was designed to be a 6". The slide was reduced by 1.7oz.
  16. It's a 30 year old Austin Behlert, sexy isn't it?!? I still plan to cut back the dust cover to take a little more weight off the nose, I'm thinking I'll do the frame in black and the slide in hard chrome
  17. The designation "Shadow" means it does not have a firing pin block, the B models and the SP01 do have a firing pin block (the 85C doesn't have a firing pin block and is one hell of a value )
