  1. Ken is correct. The Razor will not co-witness with factory sights. The correct mounting plate is the #4. I think we ended up taking .0365 off the front shoulder.
  2. The Core needs to have the slide machined a touch at the front of the opening. Here is a pic of mine:
  3. The Rhythm will put you into open class with the ports on it. I would take a look at the Stoeger M3000 for a budget friendly gun. Throw a magazine tube on it and you are good to go.
  4. I would sell it and buy an M2. You will tie up a ton of coin converting the Montefeltro. Mag tube, forearm, and barrel all need to be switched. A new barrel will cost nearly half of the M2.
  5. I wonder if they pattern better with full or modified?
  6. Corey, The only difference that I am aware of is chamber length. 3" vs. 3.5"
  7. The geometry on the M3500 is longer than that of an M2. The only gun I don't have to check is the M3000.
  8. I've never tried an m3500 but the m2000 and the M2 are different. The release tabs are in different locations. Tried to fit a Benelli latch in a Stoeger and it didn't work. YMMV with a 3500 latch. If I remember I will try it tomorrow at work. Differences between m2000 and m2... I don't have an m3000 to check or I would...
  9. I will try to upload a pic later but my rig is: Benelli M1Super90 with 21" barrel Nordic Components +8 extension Nordic Components Clamp Nordic Components Oversized Bolt Release and an opened load port.
  10. Nick, I have a couple buddies that got moved over and they got confirmation.
  11. It was all or nothing for me. I shot two stages REALLY bad early on and tried making up time. It happens to everyone at some point or another.
  12. Loading fast is only part of it. In my experience, shooting less than 1 for 1 is more of a match breaker than loading fast. As an example, I shot the NC match at Del-Tone. It was 275 rounds of shotgun across 14 stages. I ended up in the top 20 in tactical but I shot almost 400 rounds . If I shot closer to 300-310 rounds, my results would have been much better. I think the guys are on track with 1 shell per second reload wise. If you can go faster, you only help your cause.
  13. I am a fan of the new style. My favorite part is the shooters choice targets, Pistol or Shotgun, Rifle or Pistol. It adds a new dimension. It always seems there is one or two guys that shoot it different.
  14. Space available for rent. Your company name here.
  15. I would dump all of the ammo off of my gun, particularly since you are not utilizing it anyway. The MatchSaverz is great for when you run dry. The only way I would keep it on is if you don't have enough ammo on your belt to complete a stage. Then slap it on and go.
  16. If its what you got, shoot it. If you are going out and buying a new rig for 3 gun, the companies that support the sport deserve at the very least a mention in these types of threads. The RRA seems like a nice rifle. My preference would be to save my pennies for a JP or buy a similarly priced gun from a supporting company, like a Stag 3G.
  17. I actually had it happen the first time I ran an SBE. I checked to make sure it was loaded and it hung up just enough out of battery that the firing pin couldn't hit the primer. It seems more prevalent in the 3.5" guns.
  18. Nordic Components had them in stock. I am sure you could log onto the Matchsaverz site and order as well.
  19. You're killing me smalls... For a guy that can shoot fast and miss fast is the speed bolt a necessity?
