NOT at all an expert, but I'll throw my two cents in. My guess is that you will want a flip to the side magnifier. In that case, you will not need the magnifier out to 100 yards. The eotech 1moa dot is solid to 100, in my experience. Under magnification, I would suggest two dots and then using the bottom of the circle as a third aiming point. My .02.

I added two small rail sections on my JP handguard. Then got a set of the ARMS 71 series. They fold down out of the way and make it look a little cleaner. Pop up when ready to roll.

What kind of buffer are you using?

I had the mark 4 SPR and I got different turrets to match my loads. I shoot when and where I can. Not a member of any clubs though. Nothing too close. Caro has been doing two gun (no shotgun) and that's a good group.

Glacier is Legit! The Tetons are the stuff too. Better than yellowstone, IMO

two sets of optics will put you in a different class. Personally I think the fastfire on teh mtac is overkill. You could get some side mount flp ups for close range stuff.

What distances are we talking? Inside of 300?

Any suggestions on a holster for a 5" m&p that wont break the bank. I'm currently using a cheap owb made in israel. All my IWB carry holsters for my compact are comptac, but I'm kind of pissed at them right now, so looking for something differnt.
