Received an email about a 50 Cal conversion upper for glock. Anyone done this yet? Not sure I get how a 50 Cal msgixine will fit in stock lower...

I got a g18 that was a perfect match (metal slide) from redwolf distributors. They are in hong kong, but shipping wasn't as bad as I would have thought. They have a g17 too, same thing without select fire. Fit my DAA holser better than my g35 out of the box

Can't answer your question about glockworkx cost, but before I got the DAA race master I had an uncle mikes and it fit fine. Not as fast as the DAA, but with practice it can be close. That being said, a Jager kit is about $550, plus your trigger and it can all be put together in about an hour. Red dot not melded in though... +1 on taylors +8 extension...that is the way to go there. Good luck.

Brian, Thanks for this. This morning I drove to work with the radio off and window slightly down. I found 12 things I never saw before with the same 8 mile drive for two years. Did the bathroom thing with eyes closed - minus shaving - I have to unlock stuff all day at work. I felt the key each time and it was smooth. I didn't drop anything until 1:35 pm. That was the only time. My keys were in the same pocket everytime I looked for them. I opened doors like I never have, and closed them the same. I listened more. I paused more. I was relaxed all day and was still very productive. I would not claim "awareness" so soon, but I can't wait to try it all again tomorrow... I have a lot to learn. My wife is speechless that shooting has brought me to this lesson. This is awesome.

I used an Uncle Mikes sz 21 before I bought a DAA rig. I could get 1 second draw/fire with a comp on it with a lot of dry fire. Adjusts easily and with locktight I found a good combo of secure, yet fast draws. I think you can find for around 30 bucks online. http://www.unclemikes.com/products/kydex_paddle_holsters.html If you go to the "fit chart" link, it lists the 17 as a fit, which will fit a 35. The guy a bought from ws shooting USPSA limited, so I assume it is legal...

This was my thought. I have been shooting slightly right and up here and there and I suspected something was up with my normal grip (or trig pull) that was being brought to paper (more obvious) when strong hand only. Guess I really need to practice strong hand for a bit...

I am still getting used to my new g35 open. I tried shooting strong hand only at the end of my last session. All shots were 6-8 inches from "a" zone. I was not shooting anywhere close to my normal rate of fire obviously... Will a stronger right thumb grip help correct? I was surprised that it was that far off... What do you do differently when shooting strong hand only?
