  1. I've been loading single shot nickel brass from a PD range. I've been very conscious of seating the primer, yet I still have a couple for every 1k. Any suggestions? My brass is from PD. I casepro every piece
  2. So, I have a 650. I'm starting to get into three gun. What do you guys think, if I get the caliber conversion, it is about 400. A new 1050 will be about 1800. Quite a bit of difference. Will it save me time and hassle? I will definitely save and pay more for less time and less hassle...
  3. Brian is awesome. I bought my 650 from him. He answered all of my questions. His suggestions were spot on. I've turned a bunch of my buddies on to buying from him. Besides this is not a bad forum either.... Lol.
  4. Some pro clinics would be awesome. I would definitely go
  5. I'm also right handed and right eye dominate. Tried left for the first time. Did it cross eyed Dom. Got to within a couple of seconds of right handed. Need practice on the slide release and mag switch.
  6. Jesse, who makes the atv gun clamps you have on there.
  7. O yeah... It even comes with a seat when you get tired!
  8. So I have the pmag loaded only half way. The mag fits into the well and locks into place. The rounds don't fit into the chamber correctly. I have one that appears to have stuck in the chamber above the bolt. Maybe the feed lips are bad? This is a new pmag.
  9. I'm going to play with them so more tonight when I get home. It is driving me crazy. Thanks for the suggestions.
  10. I just bought a pmag and I'm having some failures to load. Any suggestions? Should I try eMag?
  11. Depends on your volume. In my company, we run 4 lasers, 3 color, 1 b&w. Two monster Epson 4880 color ink jets. We had an all in one when company first got started. we went thru ink way too fast. My buddies with not much volume have their ink dry out. I prefer laser when possible. Much more cost savings. A cheap b&w can be had for less than two bills.
  12. Benos. I own a brother 4040 and a 4070. The 4040 is the workhorse in my office. I have gone thru countless toner cartridges. To answer you question... I just put the cartridge back in the box. The toner is a fine powder and have never had it dry out or anything. I have reused a cartridge after one year and it worked fine. Sorry about your 4070. I've seen new 4040 for the price you are talking about on sale at office depot. Most of the parts are interchangeable but you lose the ability to wifi and duplex. For the cartridges. I have refilled them before. What a freaking mess. The powder is very fine and it gets everywhere. Probably not the healthiest thing to do. I now buy the LD branded cartridges from amazon. They work well and it is a bit cheaper. The other thing I do is I put white tape over the clear window on the cartridge after the cartridge is done. It gives me more pages. Good luck
  13. That is puurty... I've been thinking of getting a M2 to compare with my M1. Damn, where is my bailout check to pay for all of this!
  14. Grab a beer. It make all better.
  15. I had the same issues with my Edge just two weeks ago. I had just started reloading. Turns out that my crimp was just ever so slightly not enough. Combined with a 11 pound recoil spring, it caused it to hang. Problem fixed! I could probably use a stronger recoil spring as well
  16. Will tuning get rid of the problem? I too have a mag that the slide won't lock when empty. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
  17. Dawson precision has a dvd with tools for DIY-ers. I was considering getting one but haven't done the research yet. The other route is to get your mags tuned by a pro. Dawson, brazos, etc..... Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
  18. my issue with a red dot on a slide is that it is hard to get back on target with an optic that keeps moving back and forth. open guns have a mount on the frame. thus the optic doesn't move. much faster targeting system.
  19. buying Dillon stuff on ebay makes me laugh. when i was researching my 650, I found that ebay was more expensive than Dillon and BE websites. I ended up buying from BE. Got great service, free shipping, no hassle.
  20. thanks guys. that is exactly what happened with the shellplate bolt tightening up.
