  1. I have a size 32 waist so real estate is definitely a premium. The 4x4 have really been great. I have a set of mark Otto for slugs. I have a dump pouch in case I couldnt hit the broad side of a barn and needed more shells
  2. I have a contour gps. Video quality is awesome. Mounts to picatinny rail. I have it mounted to the side of my msa sordins. I have the Bluetooth enabled function set up to my iPad and my android phone. The Bluetooth sync function doesn't work that well. I just get my buddy to help me adjust the camera before I shoot. Saves the hassle. When it does work, it works well. Especially on the iPad.
  3. So I have to ask, what's the differences? If I buy a tuned car, I can test drive. There are no places I know of, until going to big matches, and asking to try out privately owned M2?
  4. Jesse. Those looks awesome. How much will that set me back?
  5. Not sure where to put this, but.... I'm out here in Northern California. Clubs are now starting to offer local multigun matches. Travel to the bigger matches are a lot of driving. ironman and Superstition mt are 14hr drives. Everything else is a lot further. Question: do any of you guys fly to matches? What do you do regarding gear? I've flown with guns before, but this was several years ago. I can look up TSA ruling for that. But what about ammo? I think TSA has a limit to the amount of ammo you can bring on the plane. Do you ship it? Where to? Airlines have added some significant cost if you have luggage, etc. I would like to participate in some of these matches, but I'm trying to figure out the logistics. Any help is appreciated.
  6. I tried the Bladetech ultimate concealed holster. It is comfortable. Unfortunately, now I'm having problems when I sit back, my side pushes on the mag release with not so good consequences. Bladetech has great customer service. They are exchanging my holster with another IWB free of charge. I'll see how that goes.
  7. I was looking at the speedcross 2 because of the stability post it is supposed to have. I just had my gait videotaped at the roadrunner sports. My arch collapses big time. No wonder my feet hurt from standing and running. I got a semi custom orthotic from the store, I'll give it a try. What is heel lift and why is it important?
  8. I just bought got some speedcross 2 and 3 from zappos. Trying to figure out which one I like better. The 2 are supposed to have some pronator control.
  9. I need a stability shoe. My arch collapses when I step. Anybody else have this problem? What shoes do you recommend. I was looking at the speedcross and mudclaws
  10. Just got some speed cross 2 on super clearance. Solomon discontinued them when the 3 came out. These are awesome. They have a little bit of stability too.
  11. The problem is the width of the mag. .40 mags are slightly wider than the 38 super mags. I tried using .40 mags for 9mm once. Left the appropriate mag at home. What a disaster! The feed lips were too wide. All sorts of FTF problems. You're probably better off selling the mag and getting a new one. If you're willing to sell, let me know. I'll be interested.
  12. Just got my sordins. Got with the gel pads. Very comfy. Great for outdoors. Indoors, a bit loud. I use plugs plus Sordin for indoors now. Definite upgrade from my peltor 7.
  13. Just got the parts for the mod. Beautiful! Thanks for the help.
  14. I'm having issues with the occasional primer not being seated perfectly I'm reloading federal nickel .40. I'm trying to be very careful of pushing completely forward when I prime, but still I get a one or two per hundred that are not seating perfectly.
  15. I had added the carbide die which adds 80 to the cost.
  16. Is there a difference for the bullet feeder for the 650 vs 1050? I have a 650 now, considering a 1050 in the future. I just want to make sure it works for both machines, and or what parts I will need to make them compatible.
  17. My biggest concern with my 650 has been seating the primer. I've asked that question on a different thread. So, the guys who reload 223 on the 650, do you set up to plates? One for trimming, the second for reloading? What do your stations look like?
