  1. I saw a few M&P shooters at the Nationals running the compact base plates. It's a factory part - doesnt add anything, so it should be okay. Who knows though.

  3. Thanks for all the replies guys - Graduation went well today and he was standing tall and looking good. Fullauto - Not sure where he'll be stationed after Sam Houston. I tried hard to get him to think about getting the airborne and/or ranger option on his contract. That didn't happen though so it will be a crap shoot on duty assignment. For those of you who have been to FT Sill in or around winter time, you know how cold the wind blows there but good GOD the cold wind up there is really ugly.... Man, I feel for those kids that have to do basic there Nov-Feb timeframe.... I did FT. Benning in the summer so all I know is how to sweat...lol Thanks again for all the comments
  4. We are up at FT Sill for my son's graduation from basic tomorrow. We had family day today and got to spend the day with him. It was very cool to see him again and to see the changes. Lost 20lbs and he says yes sir a whole lot more. Being an ex 82nd Airborne guy myself, I knew the outcome would be good. Anyway, a cool day all around and another one tomorrow. He will be going to FT. Sam Houston to start medic training next.
  5. Sorry to hear this news Stu - let me know if you need anything.
  6. Nice accomplishment - Thank you for your service
  7. Oh man that is a lot of mud... glad I escaped on wend..lol
  8. Happy B Day buddy - sorry I'm late getting my response on here....i've been busy this weekend with hurricane sheltering. Be safe on your ride home. BW
  9. got to see this gun today when i was out there - it's pretty sweet.
  10. Cold or not, that is a really strong run on those standards. T6 run is smokin too. I'm running about 1.0 behind you on that one.
  11. a 110 on those standards in production would be an almost unbelievable run - I don't think there will be more than 3 shooters that will break the 100pt mark in production.
  12. man, has it been a year already? Keep working hard Ross, I expect to see you keep moving up fast. Congrats on your A card too -
  13. nice work buddy - You deserve this!
  14. Nice! 1000 rds in 2 days... Good to see you're back at work Ben!
  15. Hope you're feeling better soon Ben - I agree with Jake, I'm sure you probably did better than you said.
  16. That's one option sure - but I bet if you ask around you'll find that most of the upper end glock shooters are running fairly close to stock set ups. There isnt a need to throw high end trigger parts on the glock to make it shootable. Just ask Dave S or Robert Vogel or Flex or a few others.
  17. sorry to hear this news Mike - Keep your head up.
  18. Good luck - I did the same thing and have lost 45lbs since last Oct....
  19. production here too - It's fun, the minor scoring makes it a challenge, I don't mind reloading, it's cool to beat non production shooters in the mixed overall, and I dig shooting the same type gun I carry. I shoot other stuff too, but I like production the best.
  20. that price seems a bit high for old 2nd Gen LE guns... Might want to check out this place - http://www.summitgunbroker.com/
  21. Hey Steve, I'm not sure if they have new inserts for them, but I'm using the Beretta/CZ insert for mine, but I had to use the dremel to grind those inserts down a bit. Bryan
  22. yeah that was a bit weird...my member display only shows the first match i signed up for... I have no clue on the Opn/L10 match... Thanks.
  23. 35 for LTD/PRD and not sure where I ended up for L10....
