  1. My friend is at SHOT. He stopped by the PSA booth and asked to see the gen 3 Glock lower. This is what the guy showed him, that looks like a gen 2 lower not what is shown in the pic above. Can you clarify? Thanks Brian
  2. 2600 in an 18” barrel. I was 2475 ish if I remember correctly. Tac and AR comp do it easily in my rifle.
  3. I started running into pressure signs before I hit my targeted velocity with 77 gr bullets and cfe 223. I use ramshot tac for my 77 grain loads.
  4. I have had one for a while, I had to face off the back of the barrel because it was chambered too deep, and I lengthened the throat for coated bullets. I think they have those issues resolved. A friend purchased one a few months later, he didn’t have to do any of that. I replaced the extractor with a JP. It has eaten literally buckets of ammo since without a hiccup. I keep fresh +5% magsprings in my coupled mags, and I use my tooless coupler that doesn’t squish the mag. It just runs.
  5. Is there an article or press release about this somewhere? I missed it. Thanks
  6. dandbmiller@hotmail.com Oops had a bumpfire on the letter l, it is correct now.
  7. Latest version, fits all lowers based on the NFA design.
  8. How heavy is the buffer spring? I had read somewhere the xtr-12 doesn’t like big sticks. I do not have any experience with one, I don’t know if that is true. I was curious if it had a light buffer spring and couldn’t overcome all the friction and spring pressure of the mag. They are nice looking shotguns.
  9. I would like to see the hot reholster go away completely. Sure, I can do it, but there are new people that are coming into the sport who shouldn’t try on the clock. There is one club that sets stages to encourage hot reholsters because they are all operators, and if you shoot yourself your a dumb ass. I think they fail to grasp how much of a shit storm they are leaving themselves open to.
  10. I did not need to alter the mags other than some Glock mags need opened at the top a small amount. Mine does not like ets mags, they are too narrow between the feed lips. I keep thinking about a piston drive system for system. I like the mpx, not sure it is for me.
  11. I shot an indoor match yesterday, after the match we shot my two pccs next to a mpx all with my ammo. My blowback gun was the lightest weight by far, and the sharpest recoiling. I just have a ninjaflex spacer in the buffer tube. I am running a PSA 9mm buffer and spring. I am not running any type of pogo stick contraption in it. I might try one in the future. The mpx was a stock carbine, I am not sure what it weighs. My rifle with the guard upper weighs about 7.5 pounds. A bunch of guys shot them. The overall opinion was the sig was the softest, but not by very much. The guard was a close second. They thought my blowback gun recoiled just slightly less than an elephant rifle after shooting the other two. Most shooters thought the sig had a chubby, bloated feel, but they thought it was very smooth. The ammo was 124 grain 144 pf out of a 16” barrel. The same load was used in all rifles. I am not sure how they did it, but two shooters managed to get my guard to jam. Something I had not had happen to me. Both shooter said they were holding it loosely. Both are pretty strong guys, and the one guy, if he wrestled a grizzly, I am not sure who I would bet on. Not sure what was going on there.
  12. Great video!! Why do I have a feeling Outdoor Sportsman club in State College will be incorporating a trampoline into stage design this coming season.?
  13. I am happy with the NFA pattern. I have sold a bunch of magwells into Ca.
  14. Atlantic firearms has the sko-12 on sale now. I would like to try one.
  15. Damn, looks like a nice shotgun. The design should lend itself to quad loading.
  16. 1. All I run is hiperfire in everything. I know it works fine with mine. 2. dandbmiller@hotmail.com 3. I put the over travel stop in, and had to slightly file some mags for clearance for the bottom lug. That’s all I did with mine. It is the softest shooting setup I have fired.
  17. Outdoor sportsman’s club near State College, Pa put on great matches. Their monthly match is like shooting a major. York IWL put on great matches too, they are just on the wrong end of the state for me. Both clubs are run by a good group of people.
  18. When I talked to them about the bolt and barrel kit, they told me as long as everything is un-altered, their parts have a lifetime warranty. I would imagine they will make it right. Please let us know how this works out.
  19. A friend and I tested a few guns yesterday. We shot some slo-mo video of him shooting my pcc with the guard system installed. Those loads are 144 power factor. 124 grain bullets. In the next couple weeks that upper is going to get chopped, popple holes drilled, and a bloop tube pinned and welded. The lower is my billet PSA with my magstop installed. So far, it has ran flawless.
