formula one teams are eating it up-money no objecy for them...glad i got my clark handguard a few years ago...stuff is amazing. had a chance to travel thru a paddock at an old group c (lemans) race some time ago-they had 2 guys on a team that all they did was fabricate stuff-on site. ovens, presses, etc. incredible stuff...

Nice. How well would a more "traditional" dot like a C-more or a tube fit? How's the dot height? nice bipod string. I always forget one and end up robbing the string off my brass bag. BTDT-those are way too high from the bore...stick with a docter or JP point.

yamil's work is stunning-u can actually tell how many lines per inch the front strap is checkered...

dumb question, but does remington make an 1100 barrel that will chamber both 2 3/4" and 3" shells? i understand the receiver must handle 3" to shot 'em, but i thought i've seen barrels chambered for either.

i've been trying to find out myself. i pm'd pat sweeney and he confirmed the 1100 & 11-87 carrier assemblies are the same part, as brownells shows. i must assume remington no longer makes the old style carrier we are trying to replace. i'm gonna order one and find out.

had one of our local guyz who reloads commercially lose one eye 2 years ago from a similar incident. eye protection for me happened the day i heard about it...

i went from a TA21 to the simmons. the accupoint was great for a single scope, especially the close stuff. i just couldn't shoot that diamond at long distances with holdovers...luv the "benny special", but also have an offset doctor for the close stuff.

he's retiring...i'm bummed...
