  1. what kind of volume are we talking about? (rounds per month/year). How much room do you have to dedicate to reloading? How mechanically inclined are you? Any other calibers that you may wont to load ? How much time do you have to load ammo? The answers to these questions and probably a few more need answers first.
  2. By the way changing tool heads. Is a hell of a lot easier than all the newbies make it out to be. It is a ten minute or less operation.
  3. Have 1050. Still do not see how your catch been that goes after station 8. is catching brass. also just this morning fully processed a 5 gallon bucket full of 9mm brass. that now can be loaded on any press. Not just deprimed.
  4. A bin under station Three would be in the handle that operates the press. How far does this through the brass? Just trying to get a idea of how or why this is so great.
  5. How do you catch the brass? Show me a picture if you can.
  6. 3 different threds on this same idem. Sounds like a sales pitch. At this point . To me any way.
  7. My old phone would interfere with my Pact scale. The one I currently have doesn't.
  8. This just came up again. Something I didn't notice before. For this to work . Would you not need a autodrive? Would not the handel get in the way of ejected brass?Or are you just letting it go every weare ?
  9. A device to Eject deprimed cases. Instead of a tool head to do the same. The tool head would allow you to swage primer pockets. An auto drive would be required to use this cost saving device. So what did you save? also
  10. 667 1oz loads listed ,1063 1 1/8 loads listed, Probably something on your end. hodgen currently has the best free online reloading data available. A lot of people seam to have problems that are related to there browser or not realizing they have to choose the correct input information.
  11. You need to go back and choose 2 3/4 not 2 1/2 AA Hulls. just in 1oz there are 996 loads.
  12. Again the one for shotgun Does NOT have the NF after 100. Look at them both. And yes I understand that most people would assume that NF stands for New Formulation. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/2183153402?pid=153427 https://shop.hodgdon.com/accurate/nitro-100-new-formulationr actually in all seriousness it is probably just new packaging. Being all the load data has been pulled. I would suggest contacting Hodgen.
  13. Yes you memory is correct. 1050 was used to process the brass. The 650 was used to load 308 palma ammo.
  14. New formulation Nitro 100 is not Nitro 100NF. Best way to understand .
  15. It all depends on your expected end result. In rifle I use my 550 un modified for .223/6.5 Grendel. For ammo out to 500 yards. It produces moa ammo to that distance. In my 6BR every thing is loaded on a single stage press. 1/4 MOA to 1000k yards. It all depends on what you need/wont the ammo to do.
  16. Hate to burst your bubble. Have used most every brand of dies to load. For "Bullseye" competition. Every one of them will produce ammo. That will put 10 shots inside 1 inch at 50 yards. It really comes down to bullet quality first. Powder charge second. cases third. All this assumes you have a gun/barrel capable of such accuracy. From a High Master NRA/CMP Precision Pistol. Triple Distinguished also. Currently use Redding pro series dies. With modified seater .
  17. Is the bar going full stroke? (Stop to stop)
  18. Have loaded on a 550 using AA1680. .01 veration high to low average. What charge are you after?
  19. swc 180gr H&G style 4.2 bulls eye powder swc 160 ? 4.3/4.5 Bulls eye powder currently plain lead will be moving to coated when I run out of plain lead.
  20. I use the exact same ammo in my 41 as my custom "Bulls eye" 1911. Factory Glock barrel does not lead. No need to change. 41 MOS could be used in CO, Limited 10, Production and Limited (major). Taylor Free lance has mag extensions. 41 fits same holster as 35/34. 9mm would be less expensive to shoot in the long run. But you are going to have to tool up to load ammo.
  21. All that I am going to say. https://www.egwguns.com/case-gauge-ammo-checker-12-gauge-shotgun
  22. You do not have your combination seat crimp die set correctly. After reading your additional post I came to this .
