  1. AHI

    223 powder

    TAC would be my recommendation.
  2. Even then it was a waste of time.
  3. Are you shooting NRA precision pistol?
  4. That is a property seated primer. DFive3 now make yours look like that.
  5. Your regular calipers are all you need to check primer seating depth. No need for anything else.
  6. And OP has used both terms to describe a part . He feels he needs. (Two different parts.)
  7. That would be my recommendation. The V2 has several issues. It might be a answer to someones issue. But I just don't see it.
  8. Part #21 or #27 pull up a schematic both have same name. One locks up the barrel. Prevents the slide assembly from coming off the frame. One is the lever to lock slide open on last shot.
  9. an example of one sensor (that I have) https://immortobot.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=33_34&products_id=224&zenid=umk2d891ush90thiepngr6c0j1 This one I don't have (don't use Lee dies) https://immortobot.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=33_34&products_id=438 clutch is built into flywheel.
  10. 1050/1100 shell plates are maid a different way 9 than 550,650,750.( More like a true shell holder) 9mm shell plate #5 223 shell plate #3 both use #3 buttons.
  11. s1050 and 1100 primer systems are one and the same. 3 .3 .
  12. clutches, sensors. it does more than pull the handle
  13. Stop adjusting the swage. Adjust the primer seating to .007 to .011 below flush. If problems continue put the factory springs back in your gun. Lots of :tuned: guns Will not fire cci primers.
  14. one of you . that keeps having issues with jamming etc. Would you be willing to try something . That really doesn't make any since to the issue you have. Try tightening the two clutch screws on the plate (3/32 allen bolts) about a 1/4 to 1/2 turn. This has fixed a few case feeders. That were jamming .
  15. Do a search. Or just scroll down about 15ish threads / discussions.
  16. Working product, stopped sales. Felt the need to do a complete redesign. Can not get new design to work/market. Makes sense to me
  17. A cleaning patch left in the barrel can cause your issue.( Just one example) Had a bullet brake into once. Half stayed in barrel other half hit target. More than one way to get a squib damaged barrel. I can not tell if you have a bulged barrel from your picture. That's why I have said IF.
  18. Do this load some ammo to the max overall length that will plunk. See if issue goes away.
  19. If it's bulged you have had a squib at some point. Or some other barrel obstruction. If you look on the inside you can probably see what has happened.
  20. Because everyone of the people who had one was constantly fiddling with it. They were the type of person who would never ask for help. Nothing ever was working correctly.
  21. That is what I'm saying. Some people apparently are just looking for an excuse to complain
  22. go to a hobby shop . Get a fine tipped paint stick. mark every bolt ,adjustment screw etc. See what if anything is moving.
  23. a little tid bit of help . This is one of multiple reasons I finally broke down and started Processing 9mm brass. the universal decapping dies will knock out the old primers. At that same time it will swage the hole a little. Then when you load the pin in your sizing die will not stick. I know this works using a mighty decapping die. and then a Dillon or Redding sizing die.
