  3. Speed shooter specialties has a mount that fits in the rear sight dovetail. http://www.speedshooterspecialties.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=78_202&products_id=1149 I used one last year and it worked well.
  4. Lancer makes a 15" CF that is very nice. http://www.lancer-systems.com/LCH.html
  5. What's the suck Matt...? Other than having to actually walk into a bank to get one... I've used 'em often for the US matches... 'Never a problem really... Me too, just don't like the thought of them getting lost. Besides, its a digital world out there! I assisted with the Pan Am and the credit card online thing can be a disaster....oh yea don't forget the expense imposed on the match for people to use a credit card. Linda goes by post mark and it does not do any good to overnight, that won't help. Larry Have you seen or considered this. http://www.eventbrite.com/
  6. EAA gets a shipment at the end of each month, next week! They have to inventory so early next month. EAA got no parts in last month's shipment. Maybe this month will be Better. I'm stiil waiting on Limited conversion slide from an order in January! Thank You
  7. Welding the barrel hood is definately worth doing. It is a tough jam to clear.
  8. Another vote for either the SJC Titan. I switched from the nordic corvette to the titan and had to stop after the first round because I thought something had went wrong. Amazing difference for me ymmv.
  9. I use a T1 with a Daniel Defense 1 oclock mount behind the scope. I also have a warne ramp. Either work well for me.
  10. A saiga is somewhere between having a porn star girlfriend and a dog that does cool tricks but bites sometimes. I do like mine but it took me a couple of months to figure it out and get it running. The good thing is that most of the problems you can fix yourself and the info is available online.
  11. M&P pro 40. -It is ready to go stock. -Modifications and parts are available and reasonably priced when you do upgrade. -Mags are reasonable and available -You can shoot lead through it -Buds have them for $526 shipped https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/61703
  12. It is just the adapter. I thought I had a bookmark for it but could not find it, your best shot would be to email Warne. I have seen them on the FN team guns so you could try to contact one of the FN team shooters also.
  13. Warne has a offset adapter that is in the same plane as the rear wing of the ramp mount.
  14. sportoptics.com has the Meopta zd for 850 shipped. It is the best 1-4 I have used for under $1000.
  15. I have been using a Burris Fullfield E1 Rifle Scope 2-7X 35. It has been great for a low cost scope.
  16. If you get the 40 you can use a 9 barrel.
  17. There is a spacer tube that goes over the mag tube. It is possible to put all of this together in the wrong order. Correct way is on page 12 of the manual http://www.mossbergs.com/manuals/930_935.pdf.
  18. A local match banned xm193 saying it damages steel. My understanding was 193 is a copper jacketed lead bullet. I have also been told that xm855 will not hurt steel. I have always used 193 for steel and avoided using 855. Am I wrong about this?
  19. I tried one. It worked but seemed low quality. I bought a cmmg 22 upper and am happy with it.
  20. First of all thanks for taking the time to respond. I have had some time with a ta 11 and really like it but would like a little more magnification. As of today I have decided to go with the IOR 1.5-8. I will make a new post and let everyone know how it works out.
  21. I don't have enough posst to do a correct link so you will have to take out the spaces between : and / http: //ak-builder.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=29982
  22. I am attempting to set up a rifle for open. I am going to use a offset red dot for short distances and would like input on a primary optic. The two I have been looking at are a Nightforce NXS 2.5-10x32mm with lv reticle and the IOR spartan with cqc reticle. Both are at the upper end of my budget at this time so I really don't want to spend more but I am open to suggestions. Thanks
  23. I went with this a choke tube adapter from ak builder. It seems to work fine plus I had a bunch of tubes that would fit it already.
