  2. 1050 primer depth is fully seated Federal pistol primers, with a slight dimple in the primer. The anvil MUST be on the bottom of the primer pocket for light action jobs and hammer fall.
  3. If you cant find a guy locally feel free to give us a call we will be happy to do it!
  4. Are you dry firing with dummy ammo to absorb some of the firing pin movement forward and not bottoming out the firing pin stroke each time the hammer falls. TK
  5. Should last many years if you don't bend them.
  6. 686-7, We we have clips. Tom
  7. TK Custom has them. They are not a internet catalog item. Please call 217-643-2002
  8. Hello, everyone. TK did not copy HearthCo. HearthCo designed them for TK. No copying going on, just business. TK
  9. Works Great. We have run one all 2015 without any issues. Cylinder has been rechambered to 9mm.
  10. TK Statline clips are specifically cut to fiit the brass very snug. Therefore. Reloads will be more consistent and faster.
  11. Tom, I have read some many problems about reloading for the 929, I finally made a post. Good to hear from another forum member that understands that proper component's are the only way to go for a trouble free 929. TK
  12. This is what works fine. ABSOLUTELY NO RANGE BRASS. NEW brass W-W or Federal. (Starline has sticking issues and Remington requires a special clips, because of its’ diameter.) Federal primers seated to PROPER depth and even a slight deformation, so you can see the primer punch mark real good. Keep the 929 fired brass separate from all other brass. Reload the 929 fired brass without any issues. .357 diameter bullets, lead or jacketed are best. We have loaded and fired more than 10,000 rounds without any issues. .358 lead will stretch the case, look bad and could prevent a loaded moonclip from dropping into the cylinder to fully seated position. All fired cases will have a flattened primer. In other straight walled cases this would mean high pressure. Not in the 9mm, S&W 929, which is a tapered case and the cartridge sets back slightly and flattens the primer during firing, which is normal Nothing to worry about. Properly seated primer with slight deformation. Good Reloading. TK
  13. Yes, we have most moonclip checkers in stock. TK
  14. It's your brass. Does factory ammo load in the clips & cylinder properly to full depth? The brass is swelled @ the base. This is very common problem with the 986 & 929. You must feed it properly loaded brass. STARLINE brass has a BIG problem with expansion and contraction of brass cases. They do not recommend using 9mm brass in the 986 & 929 Tit. cylinders. Starline is aware of the problem and working to correct it.
  15. It's ALL about fitment of your brass to the clips to make the reloads..... FAST! TK
  16. We can do it on our mill, with fixture in 10 minutes. TK
  17. Ty, Just to set the record straight. I wish you would have let me know of your problems with my clips and give me a chance to correct the issue, For the record, I advertise & manufacture HearthCo clips because I have authorization to manufacture & market as such after Dave's inspection may years ago. Dave designs ALL my clips & are attributed to his design on ALL my S/S clips. I prefer to use S/S rather than Blue Steel. Some clips have been changed over the years to address shooters" needs. Therefore, I have several .38 Super style clips. Regards, TK
  18. Yes, I have them @ TK Custom. TK
  19. Clean your S/S TKC moonclips in CLR. Just let them soak overnight and rinse with water & let dry.
  20. Yes, I am machining cylinders and manufacturing ALL Hearthco Moonclips myself. Usually in & out in a couple of days. Tom
