  1. I was #50. Got my notice today. Were going to Vegas! My SO was 22, so were both good to go.
  2. Just got a new one from them last month! Service is first rate
  3. Looking at a 22 RF conversion, probably AA, for my Glock. I have Dawson fixed on all my Glocks. Wondering if anyone has tried aftermarkets on their conversions?
  4. Best advice I got was shoot slow it a bullseye match. 1 per second avg will place you pretty well in Guardian. Good luck.
  5. 22 for the misses and 50 for me. She was on the Apple I was on PC. The number that you get includes all divisions for that match?? Production and Open? Hoping more people are shooting open. How soon should we know?? Its been 30 minutes and Im already dying!
  6. Great fun and lots of money and guns to give away. After Chuck and John Bagakis take theirs of course! I bring my SO, she gets high lady and pays our ammo cost. Maybe soon I'll contibute Trying to make it up to OR in June. Really cant go wrong with a GSSF match.
  7. I use the case sorter. Cant remember who makes it. The stack of 3 baskets with slots for all 3 sizes. 9mm, 40 and 45. They also make a 380 bucket. The 3 I have work great. I dont see much 380 where I shoot so I havent felt the need for that one. I have mostly picked up on the supers.
  8. We have actually talked about just that! Never been to Nebraska...
  9. My GF shoots a more accurate Glock as well. She also rides her BMW GS pretty well too
  10. My girlfriend just shot her second GSSF match in Reno this weekend. A little bio: picked up her first gun the beginning of Feb this year. 50 rounds thru it, 2 days before she shot her first IDPA match. 60th or so out of 80 + shooters. We have shot a couple of USPSA matches, including Golden Bullet, and 1 GSSF match. Fast forward to sunday. Finished 5th out of 50+ in Civilian and High Lady! We also shot other divisions but it worked out that her best time was Civilian. Nice since thats where the money prizes are for Ladies. I couldn't be more happy.
  11. Note to self...don't shoot near Great Falls MT! Just saw the posted results and my girlfriend, Irina, placed 5th in Civilian and high lady.
  12. I have a Ruger MII heavy barrel. It currently has a 3x scope on it sitting in a no tap scope mount. Id really like to get it set up for SC. Id also like to use a Burris or another relatively inexpensive red dot. Anyone have a similar set up?? Or other suggestions. If they work in a weaver mount thats a bonus. I would be fine changing my mount. Just like to keep it reasonable and simple. I really like the open dot/halographic looks. I also don't wanna spend the money for a C-more. Any ideas for triggers, does anyone offer a drop in or replacement that works well? Thanks Scott
  13. For whatever reason non moving steel has killed me. I have only shot a TS a few times now, but no problems. Those damn little squares just drive me nuts. At the Golden bullet I must have used 20 rounds for 10 or so, in one stage. Felt like I was shooting an open gun.... I think Ill make a paper rack with smaller plates. Cant go to Reno and get tore up again.
  14. Is your steel schedule up on your website?? I might have to make it down there for a try at that. I felt embarrassed after some runs. Steel always gives me fits. Might as well work on the weaknesses right...
  15. No offense but they kicked my you know what!
  16. Went to a match today and they had their plate rack set up. 6" plates. Anybody else using this size? Most of the ones Ive shot were 8". Its a big difference! Hard to pickup after recoil. We were shooting the GSSF match and it was at 11 yards. Out of 16 runs I only had about 6 that were under 6 sec and had a couple runs with steel still standing I can usually get around sub 5 sec runs. Just curious if the 6" are common.
  17. At the GBC I chrono'd my 125 Bear Creek molys and they weigh 128. 4.1 Solo 1000. Got 1050 +/-. Very soft minimal smoking, cleans easily in my 2 stock G34 and 1 G17. Never any pressure sign or problems. Mixed brass, wolf primers. 6-7K so far.

Several different options for the gun. Most around $100 or so. Ive got a Tokyo Marui coming. G17, you can also get 34 but right now alot of Glocks are in limited supply. Manny Bragg has several type of guns. They are all gas powered. They are very close in weight and size, most fit in same holster. You can get scaled down targets on BE. Just did a search recently. You can also get falling plate targets from a couple different places. I just got some from Bamairsoft.com. Met the guys at GBC in CA last week. There is a wealth of info re:airsoft. Within its limitation I think it will be a great addition for training. Good luck
  19. Met the guys from Bamairsoft.com at the Golden Bullet. Couple of good guys who are making some really cool airsoft training stuff. Popper, plate racks, metric, colt speed and a timer device that plugs into you regular timer. Pretty good shooters also.
  20. I took a Dillon 9mm die and removed all the material that was beyond the carbide part of the sizing die. Once I got it so it would bottom out on the shell plate part of my 550 works like a charm. I barrel gauge all my ammo. In the last couple of months probably have 5K thru 2 different G34. I use once fired and range pick ups. I think Ive had 2 that truly would drop in.
  21. Good job and congrats I keep telling myself just shoot one a second without misses and Ill place well. You just did what I keep telling myself. Hopefully I can do the same next week in Reno.
  22. Looks great. Gonna order a bag from you next week. Which bag is that, ultra or the big one? I shoot with my SO, 2 of everything, I was thinking the big one would be the one I want. I would order the raincoat but the one day a year it rains here doesnt often happen on a shooting day Scott
  23. Ben nailed. Work on accuracy. The star is not the difficult part its the size and required accuracy. That being said Ive only shot of them, but I did them all in good time with no more than 6 shots. Accuracy is the key.
  24. Headed to my second one next week! Different but fun as well. Much more accuracy oriented. Plus they give out alot of free guns!!
