  1. If you would read this I think you would not shoot any bullet related to molly. http://www.sprinco.com/articles.html Notice the article is not by a bullet manufacturer google molly air born particles and see.

    Glock 21

They were made for the Arkansas Highway Patrol and the ones out there are overruns so they were police guns might be the reason for a better trigger I have one as well.
  3. What type of groups are you getting with this load. It is a light load. Is it consistent at 25 yards and 50 yards? I usually shoots less than 2" at twenty five yards and about 2" at thirty five yards that is as far as I have shot it.
  4. The great primer shortage is over everyone has primers.
  5. There will be one heavy steel stage, I would suggest Limited. That's what I'm shooting. But Ron you can't see the steel for the bullet smoke!!!!
  6. Just came back from the range and my Glock 17 with a KKM gunsmith fit barrel and a 11 port SJC comp will make major easy with 7.8g HS6 at 1.150.
  7. Ammo Load is the best!!! but Dillion is the best that most of us can afford.
  8. They had some bad ones sounds like you have one. I have several of there bad ones but guess to lazy to send them back.
  9. I have found Solo to be very consistent powder with both bullets you mentioned, sounds like you are to close to the chronograph and the muzzle blast is giving you bad readings.

    G34 Grip Angle?

The g34 is the same lower as the g17 just a slightly longer slide if this is the problem try the 20 or 21 your hand will not swallow the large frame up I can hardly get my fingers around it.

    glock 17L over the 34

Most 17L are not ported and they make a wonderful Steel Challenge gun for sure.

    G34 Grip Angle?

    22Deg for all Glocks.
  13. I purchased some super comp. brass for thebulletworks.net I talked to Traci and they have a lot of it. It is not listed on their web sight but they have it and if memory serves me it is $125 per 1k just like starline.
  14. I am shooting 90g XTP at 1450fps out of my open glock for steel challenge whew do the bullets get there fast and is the gun flat shooting.
  15. I have a Delta on a Glock open gun and the glass is wider and no quite at tall as a C-More, by eye the lens is the same size as the regular C-More. On the Delta point the triangle is very bright and red I really can't tell any difference between a dot and the triangle when shooting fast. If you are just looking and talking about dots and triangles there is a difference when the buzzer goes they are the same. I have both the STS and the Delta point and there is no way the STS is as nice and usable as the Delta point. The only good thing I have to say about the STS is the battery door, the Delta point has the battery under it so the sight has to come off the mount for battery replacement. I love the Delta point and think it is just as good of a sight picture as the regular C-more and sits much lower to the muzzle of the gun. I really think through time the Delta point will cut into the following of the C-More and kill the STS.
  16. Hard to tell from the pictures but the Delta Point is milled into the slide and the 7.5 minute triangle is about where the front sight should be. The new toy has a KKM Gunsmith fit barrel with a SJC 11 port comp. for 9mm major. The grip was stippled and has 1.5 pound trigger measured at the tip. This is for my wife to shoot open, she wanted a open Glock.
  17. Can't be production legal it is a external change to the grip frame other than stippling. The production rules are now quite clear on what can be done on the outside of the gun. Sights stippling and nothing else. Welcome to Open Class.
  18. I have the Beltfeed and love it for the Glock in production class. I have had no problems loosing mags or knocking them out when I draw a new mag.
  19. http://www.glockware...com/?Click=3364 They have them for Gen 4
  20. I have shot thousands of their bullets, now that is all I shoot a .012 of an inch plating at black bullet prices with no smoke how can you go wrong.
  21. Thanks to my friend who owns a metal fab company we were able to add a small weld to the kkm barrel. After looking at the slack in the slide we figured it would take anywhere between .005 and .015 inches to tighten it up. After the tig weld with stainless steel filler rod we set it in his verticle mill and shaved it down to .840 inches. We then checked for proper fit. Not even close at .840 and we knew it but tried it anyway. We then shaved off another .010 inches making it .830 and the slide was tight but would close. We finally got it right at .827 inches. Thats .010 more than the stock kkm barrel. I haven't shot it yet but I can tell you there is no slack in the slide and the trigger pull has a noticeable improvement. Don't know what the actual trigger pull is but with the ZEV tech fulcrum trigger and the slide tighting it feels like 2 lb pull. Very pleased with the feel and can't wait to shoot it. Here's a picture of our work Let us know to if there was a noticable increase in accuracy. As i inquired earlier would this be worth doing with a stock glock barrel? Just wondering/considering it for a future project. Got a chance to shoot the gun yesterday and a little today. As far as accuracy, and keeping in mind I'm not a marksman it didn't impress me to much. Here's a picture of a target shot at 15 yards (slow fire) On another note, the gun has some problems now it didn't have before. After shooting 150 to 200 rounds it failed to properly feed about 20 rounds. They would hang up on the ramp or get partially in the chamber before hanging. I thought it might be the recoil spring so I changed it with a 15 pound spring. A couple I could get to seat by hittng the rear slide but some wouldn't go. Another thing that started happing today was the slide would close when inserting a magazine. Two ill affects I think of the modifacation to the lock up lug. The slide might be to tight, I think I'll try and shave off a couple thousands and retry. Any advice would be appreciated as well. Try different bullets and weights with different powder charges. I have found several bullets that shot really bad groups. Right now I am shooting http://www.thebulletworks.net/09-124-PL-RN-p/09-124%20pl%20rn.htm and http://www.thebulletworks.net/09-147-PL-RN-p/09-147%20pl%20rn.htm Two of my Glocks shoot them really well, my 34 will keep them in one raged hole at 25 yards. I have a 34 with a barsto barrel and it sprays them. My 17L Glock has a gunsmith fit KKM and it shoots all of them great. My 17 has a barsto and it shoots them great but my 34 with a gunsmith fit KKM sprays them. Yes I have to many Glocks!! Really to bad one bullet will not shoot great in all guns and all barrels. I have found that glock barrels shoot really will when locked up. 9mm glocks seem to shoot good with just the slight upward push of the slide stop. 40 seem to need more upward spring pressure to help them out.
  22. I run a 11# spring with 160 grain bullet. Have shot thousands of them with great results.
