  1. Before I put the Apex parts in I have had light primer strikes with most of my M&Ps. They usually didn't start showing up until after 5K+ rounds (one went over 30K). I started putting the extra power striker springs in all of mine. With the Apex seer the extra power striker spring isn't noticeable. BTW, I don't replace the trigger spring or the seer spring, just the FPB spring with the Apex (lighter) one and the striker spring with the extra power one from SSS.
  2. Happy birthday, O Great Sig Changer!
  3. I don't have the numbers handy but they don't list a WST load for 9mm. I did have to go way over max to make major with WST in 180 CMJ .40. I did load some 9 with WST but the primers looked like they were starting to show flattening when I made it to 125PF with a 115gr CMJ. I gave up on WST for 9 and only use it in .40 when loading minor.
  4. I can't find anything that restricts it. The following only applies to a COF that has been identified as "Closed" or "Off-Limits", though those two terms are not defined: It does define Off-Limits Lines but not an off-limits COF.
  5. I'm curious...why? In EZWinScore you don't/can't enter the total time, can you?
  6. I only caught the first fight (was on at the restaurant). I was surprised that Roy "Big Country" Nelson did as well as he did. I haven't seen him since the Ultimate Fighter show. I was impressed.
  7. Recovered from the celebration, yet? Happy birthday!
  8. 4.5 gr of TiteGroup under a 115 from Montana Gold give me 135PF out of a 9 Pro and 132 out of a 4.25" 9. Get pretty much the same results with a 115gr JHP loaded to 1.087 and a 115gr CMJ at 1.125.
  9. If you are using Internet Explorer, when you are at the match listing screen: You can right click on the date link and select "Copy Shortcut". You can then paste that into an email or post. Unfortunately I could not find a way to get the competitor summary. My advice would be to send someone the link to the match results and then tell them to enter the USPSA number in the bottom and click "Show Summary.
  10. This will be our first time going to this one. Anybody else going to be there? http://www.shootspsa.org/
  11. Is it a LSWC with a round nose or a truncated cone? My limited experience has been that the OAL for a truncated code / flat point is much shorter than a comparable round nose bullet. I haven't loaded .45 in a while but with 9mm I don't even adjust the seating die when switching from round nose to JHP and back. I end up with an OAL of 1.125 for round nose and 1.087 for JHP and they both work fine.

  13. Those pictures are so good they almost don't look real!
  14. I think one of them might have been posted without authorization (probably by the person behind the camera).
  15. I think two boxes, 3 target stands, and a barricade (or a 4th target stand that you can use as a barricade).
  16. I don't use the TF but I have several of the Arredondo extensions. Even though I can get 23 in some of them, I always just load 22 unless it is a 24 round stage.
  17. Well written! Thank God for DVRs...I'll get to watch it tonight.
  18. M&P40. My son shoots L-10 minor with a M&P 9 Pro.
  19. If you'll be coming through Columbia on the 14th you can hit the monthly USPSA match at Mid Carolina.
  20. Mark Wills helped Rob with the parents' class at the MGM-AMU Junior Camp last year. I was impressed, he was a nice guy. I didn't know who he was, though, and had to look him up afterwards. Turns out he has a couple of Number 1 hits, including this one:
  21. Wow! I was really impressed with the presentation. Even the commercials were interesting! They did a great job of introducing some of the portions of the game. I was really hoping to see some of the head-to-head shootoff, though. I guess I *have* to watch it next week, (I scheduled my flight late enough this morning so I could stay home to watch it, even though I set the DVR to catch it)
