Looks for Match

Looks for Match (2/11)

  1. See if you have a hobby shop that sells R/C cars. ...they might have the clip needed as a body pin
  2. It wasn't the Taccom. I have 2 of those already. These were in a plastic bag with just a crush washer to go with them.
  3. Anyone know the manufacturer of the comps in some of the prize bags without any label on the packaging?
  4. You know a hose dragger probably could have burnt that cage to the ground and had it look accidental.
  5. My greatest accomplishment of the match....I made Denise speachless. After all the shooting was done and all the guns were put away I saw her standing in the parking lot and asked if I could put a small tape recorder in her pocket for the Brownells lady's 3gun match coming up. She looked at me and stammered and stared and stammered and stared some more and said she was speachless. That has GOT to be a first.
  6. I used a rotating punch to punch holes to put the els backs on my CR Belt
  7. Best thing to do is call mossberg and talk to someone they are going to want the serial number when you talk. They really don't do anything thru email. Kinda pisses me off cause I find its easier to send them an email with all the info of what I need and where to send it to and forget about it until it shows up. But they want to talk to you on the phone and garbage.
  8. If you are using practiscore there is a DNF button that you can use on the bottom left it gives a 0 for the stage but does not 0 for the match
  9. So if I stage DQ I'm just going to get max time and no penalties. If you are doing a total time match it might be in my best interest on certain stages just to take a stage dq
  10. In this case there is no low ready or port arms "starting postion". 12.3 Are You Ready - Standby ...The range officer shall then issue the commands "Are You Ready" followed shortly by "Standby". At this point the competitor is cleared to activate the "3GN Self Start Timer Button" which activates the timer that signifies the beginning of the competitors attempt of the course of fire... 2.6 Default Start Position. The competitor assumes the start position as specified in the written stage briefing. Unless otherwise specified, for a handgun start, the competitor must stand erect, facing downrange, with arms hanging naturally by the sides. For a rifle or shotgun start, unless otherwise specified, the competitor must stand "High Port" which is defined as; standing erect and relaxed, with the firearm held in both hands, stock touching the competitor's belt, at hip level, muzzle pointing upward and with the finger out of the trigger guard. Different stages may require the “ready position” to be prone, kneeling, sitting or as otherwise stated in the written stage briefing. A course of fire may permit a competitor to start a stage with a long gun mounted into the shoulder and pointing towards targets
  11. This was never about uspsa rule set. This was about defining a start position. Define low ready and port arms start positions. And I belive that a lot more 3 gun matches are using a modified 3 gun nation rule set than a uspsa rule set.
