  1. YOU ARE MY HERO, That is the ultimate back yard If the noise drives away any neighbours give me a call.
  2. Sharyn, thanks for adding to the torment of those of us who didn't attend. Great work
  3. I can't seem to edit my last post's could a mod please delete them? I let myself get caught up in this and over stepped the forum boundries, i'm not sure if I'm going to fire out enough of these to make it worth becoming a dealer but If I do decide i'll put a post in this forum. Thank you to everyone who contacted me, your's are on the way. Everyone else, I'm sorry but I must stop actively selling these outside of the dealer forum.
  4. I checked a 38 supercomp case and the rim was .001 bigger then the case, so this wouldn't work with the gauge. So I guess its .40 's only
  5. You read the instructions? , Thats a point deduction off your man card, 3 points if you read them before even trying to set it up. Sparky, the little white disk under the grey plate is what does the trick. Simple, rugged and effective. Its a "bullet proof" design I know it was cheesy but I could resist.
  6. Here's some finished 40's (16 in total) no 38's yet, I'm waiting on tooling. check size is .423" the 38's will be .383" Shipping was a bit more then I had thought so they will be $18 USD shipped(6-12days). Is every one cool with doing EMT's/e-mail interac? Send me a PM with your details and I'll give you my e-mail if I have what you want ready, if not then I'll let you know how long it will be then contact you again when its ready to go out to set up the payment. Thanks UPDATED Feb 9 11:50pm I have a paypal account now, they're going to ding me $1.70 on every unit so if you want to use paypall could you add that to you total please. Also I will be giving them a black oxide finish now. The first 40's will be sent out on Tuesday afternoon.
  7. Just got an E-mail from Matt Pickhardt, asking if I wanted a slot for Tulsa . It was a tuff choice but I decided to accept it
  8. Neither will .38 Super since the rim is the only thing that you would be checking... correct, but supercomp and TJ are rimless, so it would work for them
  9. Put a bigger chamfer on one end as well 9mm won't work since there is a .011" taper to the case
  10. Holly Shit, Thanks for the interest everyone, I need to figure out what it willl cost me to mail these across the border before I can give a price, but I'm guessing between $10-15 shipped, they will be in the white like the one in the picture, is eveyone still cool with that? As for 38 supercomp/TJ's l thought the case had a taper to it? Sorry Flex, if I start makeing those I'd could end up behind bars, and I'm too delicate for prison.
  11. Chuck, that was the original idea, but if one didn't pass the check then it would slow down the loading process. I guess i'm sticking around after work tonight to fire off a few
  12. I guess it's a good thing I don't eat wheaties , The rim diameter did come up when I thought this up but since I haven't been able to find a case with a rim bigger then .420 I wasn't too concenred about it. Head space has never been an issue with my press so I'm confident in only checking for the outside diameter of my rounds. Once there in the box I re-check the OAL by eye, if any are out by .02 or more I can pick it out, plus 1 one of every 100 rounds gets a visit from my dial caliper. John, don't worry about the table, its an old computer desk thats been hacked up with mounting holes and clearance cutouts, so a few more scratches won't hurt it I think the marker pressure might jam up a .422-.423 case, I'll have to give it a try.
  13. Here's what I came up with to speed up chamber checking. I just grab a hand full of rounds and drop them into the tapered end abd as long as nothing's bigger then .423" they fall out the bottom in to my ammo box.
  14. Mine arrived on Friday, the time saved is well worth the price. It came with a cover installed for the bearing, looks like a endcap for plastic pipe.
  15. Just put the K.I.S.S. feeder on last night
  16. after 30 questions ader couldn't guess i was thinking of a bullet
  17. Nice box the gun looks slick too. You bringing it to DSC? Is it Parkerized?
  18. Looks like a Cheely gun , does Matt know that Dan guy is copying him?
  19. I had the same issue with my 650, I put the white funnel thing in but I gave it a real healthy chamfer on top so the case would slide in rather then fall. No problems since then, and at high speed. knock on wood
  20. I've really started to hate reloading over the last year and after loading 700 rounds last night I decided the price is worth it. Called him up a little over an hour ago. Any body got anything to make chamber checking go quicker?
  21. form6 is for a temporary importation of a firearm, so that wouldn't work. Tell him to call 1 800 731 4000 to get the canadian info, since atf deals with the temp stuff I'm guessing they would be the ones to call for the U.S. portion of this. There is a company up here that will do all the running around for him, questar.ca, if he doesn't want to deal with the P.T.B.'s
