hi vince, at a section, area match, or larger, the uspsa will use the match as a classifier if there is 3 or more GMs in that division. i if someone is unclassified, and the requriement above is met, then that match is used as a classifier for that competitor. hope this helps. lynn p.s. correct me if i'm wrong, vince, only major matches, levels 1, 2 or 3 are used for classification in other ipsc regions.

it's funny when you don't realize a stage is virginia count. can you say extra shots and hits? so, i had to reshoot this stage sunday to get a good score. open 55 pts. 5.90 sec. production run was slow 8.89 sec. 40 pts. i wish para's had a magwell. lynn

sgrc1, your're too anal! just hose it down with brake parts cleaner whenever it looks to grungy. apply some mobil one and slideglide and be done with it. lynn

humm. how about the Dillon catalog? side note: i had a subcription to 'gungames magazine' until it went belly up. in it's place the new owners or whoever is now sending me...no get this, the cowboy action shooting magazine, 'shooting' (?name) and i get 'swat' magazine until my 'gungames' magazine expires. now, i don't mind the 'swat' mag so much, but the cowboy action mag is embarrassing . at least it comes in an evelope. lynn

hps-user, that's another problem with AA-7. it's dirty and always has been. use mobil-1 oil as lube and this will make the gun run better even with the build up of crud. lynn

allen, this is why i switched from AA7 to IMR 7625. the only way to get AA7 to work properly is to highly polish you charge bar. AA7 has silica or something in it that does a number on the charge bar. btw, this happened on my 550 and my 650. good luck. lynn

hi tom, there are several factors the will determine the proft to your club. here's a quick list: 1. expense of props. i. e. what will be the cost of additional props will be involved, above your club current inventory. if your club has a lot of props, less expense more profit. 2. ro expense. how many rooms at the local hotel will it cost for extra ro's. 3. what kind of prize structure will you use? prize tabe, or cash. how many places to pay down, if cash. 4. entry fee. the larger the entry fee the more money your club will make, duh. 5. tee shirt revenue can really help your profit of the match. 6. fees to the uspsa. getting back to your original question. if you have an entry fee of say $100 and you have a 100 paid entries, barring any unforseen problems, your club should be able to generate anywhere from $1500 to $2000. i have helped out in a couple of section mathes and this is in th ball park. good luck, lynn
