  2. We have an aluminum version. If you order the our new basepads and select the square version retainer, they are included at no charge. These are the new short version. http://shop.springerprecision.com/category.sc;jsessionid=55A298AA5E9BE70798EF7645772A6D2B.m1plqscsfapp02?categoryId=25
  3. The system doesn't generate a shipping notification on backorders. If you e-mail orders@springerprecision.com with your order info, they can send you a tracking number.
  4. Thank you Sir. Order inbound this morning. I had no idea you were so close to Grants Pass! Will you be at the NWMGC this summer? I will be RO'ing again Yes, just up 97 a bit from you. We plan on attending the match and we will be a sponsor.
  5. Yes, it will only disturb the finish where we remove the metal.
  6. We have one in stock. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=124&categoryId=35
  7. I use them for hiking first, shooting second. They fit my feet very well and I Like they don't have laces, so they have a lot of win for me.
  8. In talking with one of the biggest dogs ever, this is spot on the reason he expressed on why he seldom shoots IDPA.
  9. We well a piece of metal inside that blocks the follower from coming down past the desire round number. We do this often for those in NY who can get the guns, but those guns don't come with reduced capacity magazines.
  10. After a few delays, we no have our single piece M&P competition slide rackers in stock. Just like our XD/XDM and Glock rackers, they just replace the striker retaining plate. We've added a radius to the front edges to make it a little less sharp. I used my phone for the photos, so I'll get some better ones up soon.
  11. We block them for customers in restricted rights states.
  12. It is hard to make a ELS replacement product without going injection and make it profitable at any scale. You need to be able to sell the unit to distribution for about $8.50, so your base cost needs to be in the $2-3 range.
  13. Razorfish described how it should work. It may not work if you get 3 XDM pads, 2 Glock pads, and 1 CZ pad. If that is the case, then just note the volume discount in the notes section during checkout and our shipping guys will fix the price.
  14. http://springerprecision.com/gunsmithing.php The work order form has drop down menus and pricing for the common options. For the .45, I would go a minimum of a trigger job, mag release, grip tape, and tungsten guide rod insert. You can go to the moon from there.
  15. All back orders went out today, so it should not be long.
  16. We just got them back from the anodizer. Blue, red, black and some pink.
  17. Those look amazing. I can't wait to get ahold of them. They feel better than they look also. With the shorter base, the magazines are straighter when they go into the magwell.
  18. These are not designed for use with magwells. We will likely make a magwell version once we can get a magwell. If the changes are minor we will incorporate it into future production runs. Fortunately, I do all our programing and we can make runs of basepads very quickly. If you have a magwell that you would like it to fit, you can send it in and we will can respond quickly. We can vary the height of the pads also for large magwells.
  19. And the common carrier in NO WAY can mark the package that it contains a firearm. It is between you and the guy behind the counter.
  20. It can be made to work but it works better with the factory trigger, as the over travel stop is built into the trigger bar.
  21. We will be running more M&P basepads in the next few weeks and could run a few that are shorter if it would help you out.
