One of the dumber thing I have done to my G17 was accidentally installing a lightened G35 striker in it. Obviously the engagement surfaces did not communicate In other words the primary malfunction resulted in no cocking (most of the time). Reinstalling OEM parts solved all problems without a single exception. The things work all the time. Until that is, we work on them...FWIW

Glocks are not known for failures (they're not) unless user enhacements are involed. I know full well having "improved" the reliability out of many of my own. No chance I shoot that 34 in a match. Somehow yours is unbalanced, and there are hundreds of ways to accomplish that. I would shelve it until time allows me to figure it out. Contact your buds and holster up a spare.

Yes. My gut still tells me the powder (or anything firearms related) shortages are no fault of manufactures, wholesalers or retailers. It is the quasi-prepper, OCD hoarders...period. The worst of them set up tables at flea markets and gun shows trying to off the stuff at laughable prices. Active and devoted shooters are left holding their wankers.

I enjoyed much of his work as well. You'd have to work pretty hard not to. Much of the time I felt like I was laughing at someone who was...well...sick...and higher than a kite. He appearances on Carson were good examples of this. Manic. It looks as though his network in the industry had brushed him aside, discarded him. Typical of that "place". That he took his own life was in no way a surprise to me. The manner he choose to take it was. The ultimate flip off IMO. R.I.P. dude.

Have you compared it to a Dawson, A-Zone or Brazos comp? No. Billy developed his comp around the Glock shooting 9mm at major velocities. I stopped shopping there and practiced.

Very pleased with my LNL AP for many years. Simple reliable loader. Would buy another no question. Have owned 4 Dillon presses and liked them too. I fiddle FAR less with the Hornady. YMWV and FWIW etc etc
