Joe4d Posted July 16, 2011 Share Posted July 16, 2011 Saw this from Netflix last night,,, Amy movie that has me busting a gut laughing in the opening scene is a good one.,,,All in all a good movie that just missed greatness. jhgtyre Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 I really enjoyed this movie. For me the soundtrack can transform an ordinary film into a great film and Kick Ass was a perfect example of this. When Hit Girl walks into that lobby with the Ennio Morricone score from "For A Few Dollars More" playing I could not stop grinning. That was awesome. The follow up with Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" was just as pleasing and for me those two scenes alone made the movie worth watching. I get that this movie just isn't everyone's cup of tea but if you like offbeat humor, violence and Kick Ass music you might like this movie. -ld Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
