How quickly we flush away the Constitution when it's someone or something we dont like.

part of V Amendment , "nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb"

If your happy justice was served on a bad guy for armed robbery and whatever else crimes he was found guilty of in Nevada. That's good . But stop and think about wishing punishment or increased punishment on him for crimes he was rightly or wrongly found innocent of in the past. That is a bad road to head down.

He was found guilty in civil court.

Civil courts find you liable or not, not guilty or innocent And even if he was the punishment was given in that case and should have no bearing on the punishment in this one.

I am not defending OJ just wanted to throw this out, People should stop and think about the big picture.

Agreed, Joe4.

What Joe4 is saying is, "It depends on whose ox is being gored" when we're talking about our rights. We have to protect the weakess among us, and those we don't care for to maintain our rights. Good point Joe4.

But, I hate that he went into a hotel room with a band of thugs and someone could've been shot and killed. That kind of crap cuts into our Second Amendment rights, in the long run. He's acted like he's had a blank check to do whatever he wants, since his acquittal...

Society finally said, "No." :angry2:

You can't do this...

And expect to remain a free man.

What kind of a sicko writes a book called, "If I did it?" after the trial of the century? He tried to rub people's nose in it. It finally caught up to him. Good.

What a dumbass. <_<
