Chuck Anderson
It's a good thing I got signed up for that class right away. That filled up quick. Not sure what happened with the website. There are still spots available in the class. Website has been fixed.
M.E.Anglin
In todays economy I know how hard it is to travel to matches so I'm opening up my house for anyone needing a place to stay during the Area 1 Match, I' ve got 3 spare bedrooms, a hide a bed couch, and a regualer couch , and a private range, Texas Star, Plate Rack to warm up on. I'm about a 1/2 hour to the Match range,

Tim Egan
Wow, We cant sneak anything past you folks!!!!! Our favorite web weenie Floyd posted them yesterday afternoon. I gotta give him a tremendous thanks - he's been putting up with my nearly constant questioning and pestering for several months now. And thanks to the rest of the A1-09 team, folks that have been working getting the so far 230+ shooters registered, folks that offered help without knowing what we could give them in return, the folks at Parma preparing to get inundated with happy shooters looking for a good match, and many more.... folks working on motels, camping, prizes, sponsors, props, ....the list goes on.... A team much smarter than I am, all sharing a dream of a great match. And a huge thanks to the 230+ shooters registered so far...... We offered a match of 10+ stages... and that was about it.... They came in droves not knowing what they would get for a match, but knowing that we are standing on the shoulders of the giants that have made the match a success for the past 26 years.... As for the stages - Thanks to the folks that submitted designs - our team looked at them all, and gave many good ideas and comments. My thanks to those folks, just because your stage was not used doesn't mean it was not a great stage. Thanks again Floyd, he used google sketchup, taught me how to use it as well, and tweaked every stage to fit.... Ok then - the usual caveat applies folks: There will be tweaking of the stages once we place them on the ground, but we will let you know when they update. No-shoots, hard cover, etc may be added at anytime. Stay tuned for an awesome Shirt design - my avatar is a teaser. TimE
Jman
I understand that Sherwin Williams was able to save Area 1 real money. They offered to drop ship the black paint directly to the range. Looks like a great test! Wish we could make it. Looks like a long hot summer in the desert for me. Jim
open17
Those look like some fun stages. Standing start to prone, 10 yds weakhand, Virginia count? Now there is a shooting position you don't see very often! I've never even tried stronghand/weakhand prone, but you can bet I will before June.
