I wonder if crushing your magazines is a wise decision. It looks to me that you could get the same results by placing your mags in a vise. A vise would also have the added benefit of freeing up both of your hands to remove the basepad.

The pin portion of the firing pin stop broke. I was thinking about grinding off the nub that sticks out,but I am pretty sure that would enter me into open division.

I recently purchase an SP01 and had a slide stop issue. When I do a reload my trigger finger hits the nub that protrudes from my slide stop lever. When I do this my slide stop gets pushed out of the frame slightly and causes a nasty jam. My slide stop eventually broke.Is this a common problem with the SP01's slide stop?

I don't think the magazines should even be an issue. All of the major external dimensions of all of those magazines are very similar. The magazine fits in the gun,the gun fits in the box. Is a slightly different basepad design going to cut my reload times in half?

I recently put together a 17 open gun. After shooting Production class mouse fart loads for the last couple of years that comped 9mm definatly gets my attention.

I think I will buy some MecGars for now.

So,it looks like factory 10rd SP01 mags are what I should buy. I would hate to order new mags and have them be illegal in 30 days.

Are the factory mags the only ones that are legal for Production?

I am looking at switching from my 34 to an SP01 this year. It looks like the CZ mags are a little bit more pricy than Glock mags. Are there any dealers on this forum that carry them?

I got the call for Production Division. My wife and I are both going.It's a good excuse to visit Vegas for the first time.

Honestly I like the feel of a 17 better than a 34. I have been shooting a 34 in production for over a year now. This year I think I am going to set up one of my 17s and give it a try though.

The only reason I bother with an aftermarket barrel in any Glock I own is because I shoot lead through them.

I think we need to take a good look at adding style points to a shooters score.

Is everybody sent an update about any rule changes through the mail? I don't recall any rule changes ever taking place in between rule books being distributed.
