Anopsis
Built it so that I can shoot SASS Wild Bunch and not have to use my Colt (1918 Mfg) 1911. Bottom left in my pic above is 1913!
bbbean
Let's have a membership listing of the number of Single Stacks we have. (I know this goes against some of our wishes to list such things, but I will start anyway. If you feel uncomfortable, just reply as you wish) 2 here Funny thing, you know I started out today with four in the house and now there are only 3. However there is another SSEC member who now has one more than he started out with. :-) You sold a gun to someone besides me? All my retirement plans hinge on re-selling your old guns once you win the SSC. BB

Anopsis
More than I need. Not near as many as I want. More than any man Needs.... I used to own a retail storefront gunshop. People would always tell me they didn't need another gun; I'd say "Sure. I understand that, but do you WANT another gun?" I'd usually end up with a sale in those cases. Modoc
More than I need. Not near as many as I want. More than any man Needs.... Dang! Merlin beat me with the correct reply! SWMBO is glaring at me, because I am contemplating building an '80's vintage OPEN gun (SS .45 with optic/comp/magwell) just for the Nostalgia and WTF factor at some of the local shoots

want2race
80's vintage has me beat. I've got one from the early 90's, a V10 from the late 90's and a few others. I have a couple that need new homes too. One cheap, one not. LOL
steel1212
The one that was left to me by my Grand Father I think is 80s gun. I also have an old 38 super comp from Springfield Armory that I think was in that era. Shaun I'll trade you 5k Spent primers for the not cheap one! DMS42
At last count there were 21 in the safe. They range from a stock 1943 Remington-Rand to a Clark built open pin gun. Included are several I built myself on Crown City, Essex and Springfield Armory frames. Even have a Colt National Match and a Stainless Gold Cup and an Colt from the 60s that was the gun I used in Hardball Matches back when I was shooting with the Washington State National Guard Pistol team.
