Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. If the AM winner has to shoot pro next year then he should get the chance to go to the table first as in years past. Then random draw after that. With the winner's name taken out so he doesn't get 2 trips to the prize table. If it is going to be all random it should have been announced at the shooters meeting at the very latest. I think the way that was handled was extremely unprofessional and in poor taste.
  2. Yeah, fun weekend! Really enjoyed the Multigun in Huntsville! Next time I'm leaving the Bourbon in Knoxville though!! Yeah right!!! Like you can travel without bourbon
  3. Would you take $50. Thanks, Jason

  4. Changes to IDPA?????? The first thing I would change would be to make it a association with ELECTED officers in charge instead of it just being a business. Then the sport can become what the membership wants it to be.
  5. I picked one of these scopes up off the prize table at the Rockcastle Pro-Am 3 gun match and am really liking it so far. I replaced a Mk4 1.5-5 SPR and haven't looked back. The firedot SPR is a whole lot more useable than the old SPR. I think it is the best 3 gun optic that Leupold has offered so far in a price range most can afford. I wish they would offer it with a bullet drop reticle instead of having the first holdover line 2.5 mils below the center, also for a 3 gun scope I would prefer capped or locking turrets just to have some insurance against accidentially turning knobs putting the rifle into and taking it out of boxes, barrels, etc.
  6. Great looking pistol... Yes they will My USPSA number is A-45411. It's been over 3 years since you shot a SS Classifier Are you applying? Looks like you been shootin' Open I shot just enough open and production to make master. Trying to make master in all auto divisions. I have 16 open classifiers 4 of which were in a special classifier match. Also have 11 production classifiers 4 of them in a special classifier match. I have over 50 L-10 classsifiers all shot with a single stack .45. Shot a single stack classifier today also shot the Tn Section last weekend and the battle in the bluegrass earlier this year in single stack.

  8. Will these pictures work for my application?
  9. About 10 years ago I ran into a older gentleman who had a Colt .45 he wanted to sell, said he would take $500 for it. I met up with him and he shows up with a 1911 and a Ace conversion kit, first thing I noticed was it wasn't a A1. I look at the serial number and it was 492!!!! No prefix or anything. I let someone talk me out of it for considerable more than I paid for it but I really wish I had resisted the temptation and hung on to it.
