redwoods
How do you dispose of live rounds that may have light primer strikes or are just old tarnished ammo. I have ammo that I have no gun for and also ammo that is corroded. Randy
AikiDale
It's either practice ammo or pull the bullets and reload. Oh, and if you have bullets you have no gun for you need another gun or a friend who has one.
dajarrel
I generally throw them in the "reject" coffee can until I can find a day like today (cold and rainy) to disassemble them with the bullet pullers. The only thing saved is the brass and the bullet. Powder goes in a big jar which is burned New Years Eve and the primers in the garbage can. jjlefty51
You can pull them and reuse the brass and bullet. If you have rounds you will not ever use most law enforcement office will taking them off your hands and dispose of them for you.

Jman
I drop them in oil overnight. Pull them the next day. Wash the brass and bullet and reuse. Thankfully I never have many to do. Bullet pulling sucks. Jim M
slavex
pull em, re-use everything, including powder. but then I'm a tight ass when it comes to components. I've been known to crawl around on the floor for 1/2 an hour looking for a dropped primer. the new Quinetic bullet puller http://www.quineticscorp.com/index.asp to pull my ammo. with the new half turn feature of the puller, you don't need to mess around removing pulled rounds, or mess around fitting the next one in. I've pulled 200 rounds in less than 1/2 an hour.
