raven02003
What division are you in IDPA? I just want to know what the shooter that posts on this web site Classifies as.
Bill Nesbitt
Raven, The classes are Master, Expert, Sharpshooter & Marksman. The Divisions are SSP, ESP, CDP & SSR. Many people have multiple classifications in different divisions. For instance I am Expert in CDP and Master in SSP, SSR & ESP. The poll won't allow multiple answers. Flexmoney
BILL (did you change your user name?), I did some editing of the poll. Does it seem correct now?
Bill Nesbitt
Flex, When I tried to log on the first time on the new board it wouldn't accept my pass word. I just rejoined with my full name. This poll is OK now. Maybe you can fix the other one too. Bill Nesbitt

Bill Nesbitt
I figure the 40 bucks is better spent on reloading supplies. Bill Nesbitt
C Sims
I agree Bill! Some people just like to have more things on their me wall. I just don't like to dust.

Neil Casper
I too, am a four division Sharp Shooter who saved $40. My problem is that I have slowed way down and can't see the sights very well anymore. I have to compete with the kids on their way up as I slowly slide downhill. Oh well, at least I'm still able to get rounds out!
John Thompson
I'm master in SSP with a 84 sec classifier therefore I go ahead and shoo the others except revolver master class unofficially since my other classifications are years old and are sharp shooter. Steve Moneypenny
I shoot SSP Master, its the only thing I've shot in about 2 years, got that classification by winning the WV state match SSP Ex then shot an 89 classifier just to affirm my status to myself. that was almost a year ago. rhino
I'm a "marksman" in Custom Defensive Pistol. I shot the classifier once (last year) when I first learning to walk again. I actually tried to get my time up to the "novice" cutoff, but I missed!
Duane Thomas
rhino, If you didn't make the cutoff between Novice and Marksman, that would mean you're a Novice, not a Marksman, right?
rhino
rhino,If you didn't make the cutoff between Novice and Marksman, that would mean you're a Novice, not a Marksman, right? Uh, no. I was trying to take LONGER than that mark so I would be a Novice instead of a Marksman. I was purposely sandbagging, but I failed to go slowly enough and rack-up enough penalties. j1b
Used to be Master - hard to say today. Haven't shot in well over a year. I know . . . I Know . . . I said I'd start shooting more. Maybe I should say I'll never shoot again - probably get back to it in a week. Hope everyone is doing well - I've been on watching - just not posting.
