bulldog009 Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 (edited) Lots of hot tea, and other liquids, but avoid milk (old wives-tail from a former choir director, never drink milk before you need to sing or talk, it coats the vocal chords and can cause issues).
