racknrider
I hate when Fedex delivers my signature required 650 to the wrong house and they don't know where it is.

jroback
Sounds bad. Just fyi, with both Fedex and UPS when I get the email that the package is on the way I always go online and redirect the package to the local UPS or Fedex store; gives me peace of mind since package is not sitting out on the step. With Fedex the redirect is free; you need to pay to be a UPS member with ability to redirect to a store -- but I think its worth it.

racknrider
FedEx doesn't know where it is. They give the driver 2 days to see if he can remember where he left it and respond. I believe they use contingent drivers in my area.

racknrider
Sitting on the back porch today. Signature required is apparently optional. Still hate FedEx.
benos
[HateRuleViolation] If you order from me again, in the "Customer Message" field of the Checkout page, enter "ship via UPS, sig required," and I'll have Dillon do that. [/hrV]
