Steve RA
You might be better off just putting a high polish on the neck expanding portion of the decapping pin. Case lube in the neck would probably lessen the grip of the case neck on the bullet.
RiggerJJ
No desire to lube the inside of the case. What does that accomplish? +

fishsticks
No desire to lube the inside of the case. What does that accomplish? Makes sizing bottle necked cases easier. Doesn't apply to straight walled pistol cases.

Such as those mentioned above like polishing. In my experience lube and gun powder just don't mix well even if it is totally powder safe lube. I can tell when I ended up with some lanolin lube inside my 9mm case mouths because my funnel gets gummed up with powder spooge and I have to keep wiping it off until the lube dissipates. johnsons1480
I don't know how other rifle reloaders do it, but I always tumble in between sizing and loading at some point. Lube inside the neck is essential to reloading rifle, and getting it off before you drop powder is also critical Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Brassaholic13
imo, not that it's worth much, processing should be done separately from reloading. Therefore, I decap/swage/resize/trim/wet tumble, then come back for reloading.
Matt1
I use graphite powder on my rifle case necks. Inside and out. No need to clean off after sizing. Used to use a brush to get it in there but brownells sell a little container with ceramic balls in it that you tip the powder into and then push the case (mouth first) into that. Does inside/outside at the same time. Easy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
