LoganbillJ
Should be correct in Practiscore as long as you can spell your own name. Squad list could have been an error on my part.
Lead-Head
A 600 target AND you have to be able to spell your name...this match is getting more extreme by the minute. You do realize you have some Kentucky boys planning to attend???
silver star
Until I heard the shocks are still on I thought I was going to get sea sick in the waving, bouncing, rolling, pitching van. Oh my...will there be Dramizne. Yes another spelling challenged shooter. But I did spell my name correct. You do realize you have some Kentucky boys planning to attend??? I heard a rumor there was going to be some KinTuk shooters. I think the 600yd target for you folks is a 10" plate. Wait...I take that back if you are shooting Irons. I would not wish that on anyone. Edited March 17, 2015 by silver star
Bryan 45
But what kind of plate? I'm comfortable with a 10" desert plate, but a 10" dinner plate is insane!
72stick
It will be out of the back of a van. Visible from multiple positions inside the van including prone.Oh come on LoganbillJ, make him sweat!!It's offhand on a rickety bridge in a 60 mph crosswind! And the van tires have 12psi of pressure and no shocks! We actually did consider removing the shocks. Never got around to it though. Maybe for next year!It has been pretty windy the last few days with gusts at 20mph. Doesn't help you are shooting through a treeline where winds can be going two different directions between you and the target. Better bring the 77s! If the winds are going in two directions, don't they cancel each other out!:-) I tested some Hornady 75g HPBT match bullets at 600 last weekend before it got windy. Wish I had more data! 72stick
Is there gonna be any flags or streamers down range to help with wind guestimation from the van?

Lead-Head
If it's windy, I usually put my rifle up. Go to the house. Have a bourbon.

Bryan 45
Denise, if it's not a Kentucky Bourbon, it's not Bourbon. Despite what some may claim.
Colinp
Well..... ( insert Kentucky drawl here) I do believe good madam that there is no bourbon on gods good earth beside Kentucky bourban. At least none that are worth mention.

toothandnail
Here's an inside tip for stage 9 Make SURE you have a choke in your shotgun, it will help Here's the cliff notes Neither Joshua or I had shot stage 9 because of getting rained out twice before(it was sprinkling again) We were going to be the last 2 shooters, just in case Joshua told me I should use his choke, so I took mine out to save time. AND In the rush to get mags loaded and ready/swapping some gear - NEGLECTED to swap chokes. So I shot stage 9 with basically a 16" cyl barrel . Good thing I'm not shooting this for score/prize table.
