kneelingatlas
You'd think safety glasses would be good enough to keep tiny pieces of metal out of your eyes (I know I did), but alas, I will buying some face shields as soon as I can see good enough to drive. Hi-Power Jack
Sorry. How much damage? How did it occur? Hope it works out real well, real fast.
Youngeyes
Bad news is that it hurts. Good news is that the eye heals faster than any other part of your body. Follow your dr's instructions. Feel better.
kellymc
Glasses help very little here at work. I now use goggles.

bountyhunter
Had a splash of hot solder hit my cornea dead center once a while back.... scared me to death. I thought the solder was stuck in the cornea because it was clouded and I couldn't see, but the cornea was just damaged so he didn't have to dig it out. Lucky for me the cornea healed and "cleared up" so it was OK (sorta) after that. Dumbest thing I ever did.

trgt
Wow! Over the top, or via the side? I figure between cap and glasses I have over the top covered but try to have good side coverage. I hope it heals back perfect!
kneelingatlas
No idea where it came from, I didn't even know it happened until the next day. It could have even fallen out of my eyebrows into my eye...
