IronicTwitch
I've found a handful of parts that cz-ub carries on its website that czc and cz-usa don't carry (ts grips and other ipsc accessories). Curious if anyone knows about ordering from across the pond? It looks like the shipping is almost as much as the parts I want. Does czc or cz-usa allow customer orders thru them? Seems like there should be a better way to get accessto these parts.
trgt
I just placed the order and presumed they ship globally based on the info they had, also that was the answer some folks gave when I asked about getting things not carried here, they said order from CZ-UB. The parts I bought were about 250 Euro, shipping was 76 Euro, and then they added 21% VAT tax to everything. I'm with you, I'd prefer to get stuff US, but the things I ordered I haven't seen here. I picked a shipping option that was a 'guestimate', I think there was another option for exact shipping, but that one you pay shipping later in a second transaction after you get a quote, and a slower process it said. That's about all I know, I'll let you know how it actually goes when my stuff arrives. EDIT: looks like it took 2 days from order day until shipping confirmation, I'll let you know on transit time when its received. Sidenote, I ordered some VZ58 parts from Zahal (Israel) recently, and the parts actually drop shipped directly from Czech., and didn't take long at all to get here, so I'm hoping the same for these. IronicTwitch
Maybe if enough people expressed interest CZC or CZ-USA would do gather custom orders (monthly/quarterly?) after collecting payment via their regular methods and submit the collective order to CZ-UB. Hint hint. It'd be worth the wait since there are more than a handful of parts I'd be interested to try, and I haven't even gotten into rifles and shotguns yet! trgt
Or even a way to register 'interest' of things they might consider adding to the US inventory.

justaute
Out of curiosity, why would VAT apply to your purchase? BeerBaron
it shouldn't apply for an export sale, but I can't remember if they charge it or not. sadly some euro web stores will still charge you VAT even though it's an export sale.. it's worth confirming as it's 21%! trgt
Magwells, grips, and a thigh holster rig for when the SP01 is sporting a light for night games - I hadn't seen or found one like that yet. http://www.shop-cz.com/holster-thigh-cz-75-sp-01m3-m6x-right-handed/d-70636/
IronicTwitch
Wow. What all did you order,I like some of the parts they offer like their mag wells Definitely a mag wells and few grips that we don't have access to over here that I'd like to try. They have some aluminum grips for the TS that are stippled and arched I'm very interested in. I have the long, flat aluminum grips from CZC right now which work fine but I'll have to chop them shorter to fit a magwell. Looks like you spend about $80+ (USD) in shipping. Glad to hear the VAT tax isn't applied. That was another $75+ I was unsure about. Thanks for the input guys! Still be nice to see our domestic importers/suppliers coordinate something to distribute that cost...ah-hem. :oD

IronicTwitch
I was hoping we'd find the right guys on this forum - CZ is the best! For my TS: http://www.shop-cz.com/grips-for-cz-75-ts-short-checkered-black/d-70774/ http://www.shop-cz.com/magazine-funnel-anodized-cz-75-ts-black/d-70738/ http://www.shop-cz.com/magazine-bottom-anodized-cz-75-ts-black-1-round-extra-capacity/d-70750/ http://www.shop-cz.com/trigger-sa-target-hard-aluminium-black/d-70742/ I'd like to see the blue/red/brass options as well for some variety especially for those that have their TS hard chromed (and are good enough to warrant the flashy colors). Always nice to have something unique. Maybe not quite the Czechmate Parrot model...unless you're either really that good or bad enough you need the distraction! Thanks again, Matt and Stuart!
