cvasilion
Yes staff should call and reserve there rooms. We will cover the whole price of the room for two people. If you want to stay alone that is fine we just ask that you pay the other half of the room. If your working the match and you are not going to get there untill Friday morning just come to the range first then after the match you will be able to check in. Please let me know at least two weeks before the match that you only staying two nights so we don't have to pay for Thursday night. Thanks
Sarge
OK just in case anyone else is watching this thread. All you have to do is call and reserve a room. (There is one less on the first floor now.) They are familiar with the match rooms. They take your name and give you a confirmation number. When we all show up they bounce the names off of the MD to see who is staff. Pretty simple. I must say you guys are leaps and bounds ahead of the game!! Chris iliff
Well, I ain't throwing off negative vibe, or hi jacking a thread, but it would be cool to round up my Indiana Open buddies, form a team, and come up and compete, it's just everyone doesn't belongs to a club. I am lucky enough to be able to shoot at home, so no club for me. But it would be a cool concept, especially since we all shoot a lot of matches in each other's states, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan that is. Hopefully I can make this match, the Michigan Sectional at Bend was a go to match for me for several years, in fact, it's were I first met Roy. He let me handle his gun, ........he's like that. ROY NEAL
Aw...........but have you seen the newest one lately? Get with me to see the latest addition to the family...........but be warned.....you'll want one and "I know a guy" who can make that happen for you if you have your checkbook with you. Now you are seeing one of the benefits to belonging to a club-it gets you in to other events such as this. Clubs need members for their $, their work at the club and their ideas......if this works out this year, then next year it should continue so they would need to join a club this year.
