The hotel rate is $69.95 for Thursday night and $74.61 for Friday or Saturday nights. Just tell them your are with the Michigan Sectional.

If you are working the match you should get a pin number within a day or so of filling out the form. If you have mailed in a form that is also fine.

Paul Hernandez will be RM. Carl was going to do it but he wants to shoot it so he asked Paul.

The match is a level II. You will shoot all 10 stages in one day. August 1st & 2nd will be the shooters days but if you can't make the match we will allow some competitors to shoot with the staff on July 31st Friday.

Hello everyone, Oak Hill Gun Club has the privilege to host the 2015 State Sectional again this year. The match date is July 31st-August 2. All staff will shoot on Friday along with a handful of competitors. There will be 10 stages plus a chrono with a round count around 230. We plan on having a large prize table again this year. Sponsors will be listed as we get them. The match hotel will be the same as last year. There will be rooms block under Michigan Sectional. You should be able to call after Feb. 2 and make reservations. Same as last year we will pay for double occupancy for out of town workers. The plate rack will be in bay 2. Yes you can come Saturday and check in for Sunday. I don't know how late we will be at the range. If the gate is open then we are there.

Hello Shooters, We are only days away from the biggest Michigan Sectional we have ever had. The gates will open at 7:00am each day. Myself and a handful of workers will be there getting everything ready. Shooters check in will start at 8:00am and end at 9:30 sharp at the club house. We will use that half hour to get the nooks ready so please be on time. Shooters meeting will start at 9:50 and shooting at 10:00. When you check in you will be given a shooters bag and door prize if you won anything. Small prizes will be in the bags and large prizes will be at the prized table. We will have a plate rack will from 8:00-9:30am each day if you would like to warm up or function your gun. There is no safe area in the club house but there will be one just outside. Once you check in feel free to drive down to the range or park in the lot and walk. For those of you that have not been at the club before it is a long walk. There will be three safe areas out by the ranges. One at each end of the range and one in the middle. The chrono will be after bay 9. We will have a box for production and single stack and a scale for production. The stages have been posted on the web page. www.oakhillgunclubmichigan.com There are nine bays. After you shoot 5-6 stages we will be serving lunch. You do not have to eat but are workers will be taking a break to eat. We are serving pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad and fruit. Lansing’s own Quality Dairy is supplying all the bottled water. If you do want pop the club has cans for $1 each. We will have some water jugs on the range as well as bottled water. Probably about an hour. Once the last shot is fired and the nooks are put into the computer and targets bagged we will be leaving the range. Saturday is full so I don't know how long it will take to finish.

We are working on having the plate rack for warmup runs from 8:00-9:30 each day. I have to get the ok from the club to shoot at 8:00 am because normal shooting time is 9:00. Registration starts at 8:00 each day and I plan on shooting by 10:00 each day.

Yes but get it in asap. We are over 200 shooters but quite a few of them are shooting on Friday so there is still some room sat and sunday.

Sorry it took so long to get back with you. The prizes will be drawn and handed out when you sign in the day of the shoot. Every person entered in the shoot will have a chance to will the Cheely Custom Gunworks gun.
