I live 20 miles or so from Hatch now and I would have never believed that New Mexicans put chiles on everything until I moved here. It's definitely true. You can get green chile ice cream here! But TRH is one of those places I don't put anything on it. Dude, you must be Mrs. Zip's cousin! She'll put that on a prime filet. Not much mind, you, but still it is ketchup. Maybe in SoCal (San Francisco/Sacramento South) Up here a 2 hour trip is at least 120 miles . Of course I am guilty of driving 60+ miles to go to dinner and a movie. He took a phone call outside as soon as we sat down...by the time he got back I had finished two baskets of the rolls with that heavenly butter. Cant wait to go back.
