The Cowtown Classic USPSA Match 2014

Cross Timbers Action Shooting Association will be holding a Level II USPSA match on May 2-4, 2014 at the CCCS Range Complex in Cresson, TX.

Match Details

  • Range Master: Ken Cobb
  • Match Director: Brian Ehrler / Steve Speer
  • USPSA Level II Match (PENDING)
  • 12 Exciting stages with 300 minimum round count + Chrono
  • 2 Day format
  • Contestants shoot entire day Friday OR Saturday/Sunday
  • Staff and Select Contestants shoot entire day on Friday

Awards and Prizes

Awards
A division must have at least 5 competitors for recognition.

  • 1st place in class will be awarded if there are 4 or more competitors in that class.
  • 2nd place in class will be awarded if there are 7 or more competitors in that class.
  • 3rd place in class will be awarded if there are 10 or more competitors in that class.
  • A Category (Female, Junior, Senior, Super Senior, Law, and Military) must have at least 5 competitors for recognition.

Squadding

  • Self-squadding via USPSA.org

Entry Fees and Registration

  • Entry Fee $150.00 (Junior – 50% discount)
  • Registration will close May 1, 2014
  • Lunch at the range $9.00

Staff and Range Officers

  • ROs and CROs interested and committed to work Saturday / Sunday please contact the Match Director
  • RO package includes match fee, match shirt, free lunch and 2 nightshotel room.

  • Triple C Tactical Range (CCCS) 14333 Cleburne Hwy, Cresson, TX

Match Hotel

  • TBA (Most likely Fairfield Inn, Weatherford TX)

Nearest Airport

  • Dalllas Fort Worth International (DFW) 60 minutes from range

Bill, it took only about 12 hours or so for me. Granted I did send in payment late during the night. My spam folder caught the email that was sent to me so you may want to check there. Also you can use your id number from your Front Sight magazine. The one in the upper left of the address label.

The stages look like a lot of fun. Lots of moving targets, activators and other moving props. As a match director I would be scared to death in keeping that much moving stuff functioning properly through the whole match.

Bill...go to USPSA's website for squad assignment/list.

Is it just my computer or did the squad list disappear?

On my machine it has everyone in either a Friday squad or a weekend squad. No individual squads listed.
