TheBoss
For those that have an ELS rig by Safariland, looking for a the Safariland holster, the part number is 5198-490-411 (this is for a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow RH holster). The website has not been updated to show the CZ holster as an option under the competition gear. This is a paddle style holster that also comes with the belt plate attachment. TheBoss
I am not sure if they do. I will look at the tec-lok doh I have and let you know.
burningsquirrels
i shot my 75bd from eerw for an indoor match and the gun runs great but the holster is going to take some getting used to. i have to draw it just perfect or it binds. i may have to break it in, or just learn to draw properly. TheBoss
I had the same problem with the Safariland CZ holster. I put the CZ in the holster and took a hair dryer to heat up the holster. While it was hot I drew it several times and then allowed it to cool with the CZ in the holster. This loosened it up a little, but not enough to affect retention. TheBoss
I checked the tec-loc doh against the Safariland holster. It would require modification to the tec-loc. You would need to drill and tap the tec-loc to bring the receiver plate holes in to line up with the holster. Not sure you would want to do this. The new drilled hole would be very close to one of the original tec-loc holes.
BrianQ
I haven't been able to find one. Boss where did you buy it? Tried talking to a Safariland rep and he didn't even know what a CZ was.

BrianQ
Yes to the part number. I was trying holsters.com. I have a 50% card and wanted to get some other stuff. I have some ALS holsters laying around so I may sacrifice one to try to make a one off for the gun.

BrianQ
Ha. I go to a bunch of those!!! Maybe I'll find a safariland at the next big one. Maybe by then CZ will be a common name down here
burningsquirrels
CZs are pretty common here now. When I bought my first gun (cz) it was just me and another dude in the summer of '08. Now it's at least a fifth or more lugging these things around.
TheBoss
Call Safariland and give them the part number listed in the first post. They have to pull it up by the part number the website does not list it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

DWFAN
Ive got a paddle holster that fits my 75 Shadow and a Commander 1911. Model 568-51 www.safariland.com/DutyGear/product.aspx?pid=568 Works well. Sent from my GT-N8013 using Tapatalk HD
redbird1976
Is there a non-ELS version? Model 5197 has a standard belt loop attachment. You can still attach ELS later if you want. The part number should be the same as above except that "5198" is replaced with "5197"
