sperman
I don't spend much time on forums. Until recently this was the only place I visited. I just purchased a CNC mil, and have joined CNCZone to try and get up to speed. It is a great forum, but sometimes it is hard to find the content because of al lthe ads they have. A big thanks to BE for keeping this place a source of good information, free of ads and all the bs that seems to be a part of the rest of the internet. benos
Thanks Scott! And yes, there was a couple month period when I spent quite a bit of time on a speciality motorcycle forum - and the adds all over thing/threads made it nearly unbearable. be
SlowShooter
It also makes a big difference which web browser you run, and having ad-blocking plug-ins. I do appreciate the clean look of these forums.

gose
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ + http://adblockplus.org/en/ or https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ + http://adblockplus.org/en/chrome will give you an ad free surfing experience on ANY web site. Seriously, if you run chrome or firefox it takes one minute to set up and it makes life so much better If you're using IE, I have no sympathy for you, sorry. diehli
ClickToFlash is another good one to have. As are Ghostery, Disconnect, and Collusion (search "collusion for chrome/firefox/safari" [choose your browser]).

kevin c
Too bad that it's trademarked. It'd be a hoot to show up with T-shirts with that logo at the Nats: Team FlexMonkey rules.
