slflr Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 My beautiful Dad, Dr. Robert Edward Perdue Jr, who as a 1LT USA in the 101st Airborne at age 19, parachuted into The Netherlands during Operation Market Garden, was severely wounded there, passed away on October 18 of this year, was interred today at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
