CraigS.
When you receive your conformation letter the round count in the letter said approximately 150 rifle,150 pistol, 125 birdshot, 30 slugs there are some targets that may be taken with your choice of firearms, so be sure to bring extra ammo for reshoots extra shots. Chivas
Any ideas on the ranges for the rifle? Jim This year the stages are all blind and assume the ranges are up to 400 yards. Then you will be surprised when they are less than that.
GentlemanJim
Oh just as well Im half blind, and cant walk 400 yards much less shoot that far Jim
RiggerJJ
I think the max range they have at Sportsmans is 400 yards. doesn't mean they will use that range thou. I talked to Larry Lebeau the other day, and found out that he and Charlie Brown have had nothing to do with stage design or setup...not that they didn't try to be included...FYI... jj Edited August 25, 2010 by RiggerJJ

Big Bore
10 lousy slugs, what happened to the original estimate of 30.

Chuck Anderson
10 lousy slugs, what happened to the original estimate of 30. ....well it was an ESTIMATE. That's why they didn't say this is it for sure. I know I'd rather have an estimate that's higher than finding out I need three times more ammo. GentlemanJim
No problem Its easy to shoot 30 slugs at 10 targets Jim
